01:30Portuguese police on Friday confirmed that 11 of the 16 people killed in Wednesday's tourist streetcar derailment in Lisbon were foreign nationals.
01:38The victims included three British citizens, two Canadians, two South Koreans, one American, one Swiss, and one Ukrainian.

03:02which may have jurisdiction.
03:04And the legal qualification of such an act, an act of genocide,
03:07genocide does require the proper establishment of facts and a finding of law.
03:15Rivera's comments come in the same week as the largest professional organization of scholars studying genocide
03:20said that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza.

04:26Reyna, who was also deputy leader of Prime Minister Keir Starmer's Labour Party,
04:30was widely considered one of the most powerful women in the UK.
04:33She represented a core working-class voice in Starmer's government,
04:37having grown up in poverty and rising to the top of the Labour Party.
