00:00During his recent visit to China, Cuban President Miguel DĂaz-Canelo expressed his vision
00:04of global governance based on multilateralism, equality and respect for the UN Charter.
00:10The Cuban leader pointed out that the great vision of the World Operational Mechanism
00:13and the global governance model focuses on all countries being able to work together
00:18to build a community of shared destiny that abandons hegemonism, in addition to ceasing
00:24neoliberal sanctions and providing equal opportunities for all nations.
00:28DĂaz-Canelo reiterated his support for China's position on historical memory.
00:32Cuban President affirmed that the Chinese Communist Party's decision faced Western distortions.
00:46This is a group of concepts that has a lot to do with their vision of how the world should function,
00:51of how governance should be at the global level, how we can all build a community with a shared future,
00:57where hegemonism does not predominate, where there are no unilateral sanctions,
01:01where there is room for everyone, where solidarity, cooperation, and multilateralism predominate,
01:07where there is consistency with the Charter of the United Nations.
01:11And I believe that this reflects the leadership that China has in international relations.
