Ingredients:
1 Cup Mixed Sprouts
Few Brinjal Pieces
Oil
Mustard Seeds
Few Curry Leaves
1 Sliced Onion
1 Tomato Chopped
½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
Little Water
Salt to taste

For Coconut Paste:
1 Cup Coconut
1 Tsp White Sesame Seeds
10 Peppercorns
½ Tsp Cumin Seeds
Few Cashew Nuts
1” Ginger Piece
10-12 Garlic Flakes
1” Cinnamon Stick
4-5 Cloves
Little Water
Grind all above to a smooth fine paste

Method of Preparation:
1. First prepare smooth fine Coconut Paste as listed under Ingredients.
2. Heat a Pressure Cooker and add little Oil, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Sliced Onions, Chopped Tomatoes & stir fry for few minutes.
3. Add ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder & 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder and Salt as per taste & mix well for few minutes.
4. Add Mixed Sprouts & Brinjal Pieces & give a quick mix.
5. Add Coconut Paste & add little water as required & adjust its consistency.
6. Pressure Cook for 2 whistles.
7. Finally add Salt as per taste.
