This is one way to get the skill "Meditation," without getting the Ultimate Finish. I'm using a level 99, primary ki blaster, Frieza race; along with the Super Soul "Before Creation Comes Ruin," and a Ki Blast God Tier QQ Bang. I also brought along dual, identical Piccolos, whom I've customized myself at the new trainer depot by the Patroller Academy. It is vital that you equip your Piccolos with the Super Soul "I'm neither Kami nor Piccolo," for the health regen.
