The SOUND OF(F)
Photo exhibition to mark International Day of Ear and Hearing

THE SOUND OF(F) is a photography exhibition of people who speak different languages: English, Estonian and sign language.
In the same way that photography is not only about the image itself, also the sound can dress distinct shapes and be understood in different ways. Departing from this premise, a group of 12 people -- 5 deaf and 7 with no hearing impairment -- took pictures of sounds in the streets of Tallinn. The workshop was conducted by Gaia Zuffa (photographer and international volunteer) and developed by Eesti Erinoorsootöö Ühing noOR in cooperation with the Estonian Deaf Organization for Youth.

THE SOUND OF(F) is a part of Invert to Alert, a public initiative created by Rute Barbedo (international volunteer) and developed by Eesti Erinoorsootöö Ühing noOR with the goal of creating awareness about disabilities:
