With virtually all the votes counted in Egypt's presidential election the Muslim Brotherhood has declared its man, Mohamed Morsy the winner.

The Islamist party and its followers have been celebrating in the streets, but just at the moment the polling stations closed around the country the army shifted the goalposts, stripping the presidency of a number of key powers.
