EASIER THAN OTHER DIETS!!! The Ideal Protein plan of eating was easier than other diets. I wasn't counting calories or points. I wasn't always thinking about food, trying to figure out what to cook. Those decisions were taken out of the equation as the plan provided me with smaller choices. But at dinner? Oh I loved dinner. Real meats to eat and when I went out to eat I could always find something I could have but replace carbs for extra vegetables.
REACHED MY GOAL 3 WEEKS AGO!! I am off the Ideal Protein Diet now. Reached my goal 3 weeks ago. Back to eating what I want and have lost 2 more pounds. What a bonus. The Diet has worked for me and many of my friends and family. I lost 40 pounds in 12 weeks. I have felt great the whole time. Truly amazing! - Kristi, Bremerton
