AIDS Healthcare Foundation, the U.S.'s largest nonprofit HIV/AIDS organization, has hit publicity pay dirt with its relentless attacks on the adult film industry. AHF president Michael Weinstein will not hesitate to trot out the latest alleged "victims" of porn.

But one of AHF's allies in its crusade is a peculiar one: Pink Cross Foundation. Pink Cross is a small group created and run by a professional victim -- an ex-prostitute and drug addict who appeared in a handful of long-forgotten porn scenes in 1993-94 -- now a Christian anti-porn crusader.

Her name is Shelley Lubben and she believes, among other things, that gays need to be cured of their homosexuality.

Lubben, who has been hearing voices since she was 7, admits she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. She now runs a "non-profit" charity (and political lobbying) group, for which she pays herself (per the group's posted 2009 financials) nearly 40% of all cash contributions as salary and benefits.
