It's a scam Investigative guy John Mattes uncovered last month. A company BBG communications overcharges consumers at 350,000 pay phones world wide.The scam is simple; they post low rates for coin calls but make no mention of credit card costs. Consumers later find out a 1 minutes call can be over $30.
