Capello's Three Lions kick off in South Africa

England have got their World Cup campaign underway taking on the USA in Rustenburg, and the manager thinks his team can reach the final.

Fabio Capello said: "England are ready for this match. The first game is always hard because expectation levels are really big... But we have been here for eight days. Training has gone well and we are confident."

Speaking at his last press conference before the match Capello also confirmed that midfielder Gareth Barry will start on the bench after recovering from an ankle injury.
