00:00If I didn't like something that felt like I didn't like it, that feeling is important.
00:05It's just as important that you, if you say no, who cares what they feel?
00:09I wish I didn't have to learn that the way that I did, but some people, they know that already.
00:14And so I tell myself sometimes that maybe this is something that I didn't understand until I came into this
00:19life
00:20to learn that and be important, and I definitely am learning now that if my body doesn't want to do
00:25it, I don't have to do it.
00:26But if I could see her, I wish I could let her know that, you know, one day people are
00:30going to want you,
00:30and you're going to be like, no, you know, or like, there was a part of myself that just felt
00:34so unwanted and so unloved.
00:36And so I wish I could let her know that you're going to get to a point where you're going
00:39to be like,
00:40you know, you're going to need a lot of alone time.
00:42You're going to tell people like, look, no, thank you.
00:44And I wish she would have known that eventually you'll get to a point where what you'll say will be
00:49so much more important
00:50and what you'll feel will be so much more important than what everyone else is telling you.
00:53Please, if you can, for the love of God, tell somebody, ask for help, send a text message out, call
00:581-800-NUMBER.
00:59That will be the difference, just telling one person, because I can tell you right now.
01:03And if they haven't, you know, if they have told someone and it's not good, keep telling people.
01:06Do not stop telling people until you get help.
01:09People want to help you. Nobody wants that for you.
01:11People want that for you.
