00:00Krishukaji first of all, welcome to IINES
00:01Thank you for having me
00:03And Krishukaji, how is your journey in the entertainment industry?
00:08And what have been your biggest learnings?
00:10I think there's been a lot of growth.
00:14The journey has been quite good.
00:16And I think my biggest learning has been consistency.
00:19That one shouldn't give up.
00:21You know, you have to struggle a lot.
00:23And I think there's a lot of hardships.
00:25But you should just keep going.
00:27And keep being at it.
00:28Because I started in a young age.
00:31When I was 16 years old, I started acting.
00:35And you get to learn a lot.
00:38I think you learn a lot from senior actors.
00:42And you take back a lot.
00:44So I think it's been a nice journey.
00:46Full of transformation and growth.
00:48Do you have a lesson in your past projects?
00:51Which helps you in your career decisions?
00:55Like I said, I think just be yourself.
00:58As an actor.
00:59Don't pretend.
01:01You know, you should not pretend.
01:02You should be the one you are.
01:03You should be the one you are.
01:04On screen and off screen.
01:06I think that's what makes you real.
01:12How was your approach towards work changed over the years?
01:15I think it's been a beautiful journey.
01:18It's not easy.
01:19But I mean, I have done a lot of things.
01:22And it's my own journey.
01:24I think to really be out there, work very hard.
01:28Because hard work really talks to you.
01:29And you will be able to find the person that will make you a lot of work.
01:33And I think that to be a good project.
01:35And to choose content based stories that you can do with an impact to your audience.
01:41I think that's really necessary.
01:43So that's what I always want to make the right choices and right decisions.
01:49and that's what's, you know, brought me to where I am today.
01:53You talked a lot, so what was the first reason for doing this year?
01:58Oh, to be honest, I think Altamash, sir.
02:03Because, go ahead, I think his voice is just incredible.
02:08You know, when I heard this song first, I was like, wow, there is something in his voice.
02:14The song is amazing. It's so catchy.
02:16It's like you can hear that song every time.
02:19So, it really grows on you and I think that's why I chose to do this.
02:23How did you feel about doing this with Neel Nithir Mughalish, how did you feel about doing this work?
02:27It was very good. You always get to take back home something from a senior actor.
02:32He gets to learn a lot. He has so much experience.
02:37He's been working in the industry for many years and he's been doing a lot of fun.
02:40I don't think I'm working with a senior actor.
02:43So, it was nice.
02:44This song was not an original dance video, but the maker's concept changed, so how did that happen?
02:52How did you know that?
02:55How did you know that?
02:57Yes, actually, I didn't know the story, but I didn't know the story, and I only heard the song, and
03:03I think I was locked for four months, and for four months, I didn't know the song was not going
03:09to happen, the concept was not decided, the storyline was not locked, nothing, nothing was not going to happen.
03:14But I think eventually, when Neel got locked, then they told me, you know what, let's also get a dance
03:21number on board.
03:22Because the track is such, and then we rehearsing it, and it went pretty well, and then it was made
03:29a storyline, on that basis.
03:35I think it was very different, because I didn't know the story of such a story, and of course, I've
03:40done A Dil Pez Akham, which was, I think, on the same lines, but not exactly the same.
03:44But, Babe Afasi, it was a different story, because, I don't know, I think it's very close to my heart,
03:52it's a lovely project, and emotions are great, you know, wherein, I think, my focus was on my dance, and
03:59of course, emotions, as an actor, just, you know, it comes out very naturally, when you're performing, so I think,
04:04that was a part of it.
04:06In the song, you cheat in the song, and Gen Z is very correct with your character, so did you
04:12explain this kind of response?
04:13To be honest, I was hopeful, that this song should do well, but it's been incredible, the response has been
04:21amazing, it's trending, it's very hit, and I think, also, Gen Z is able to relate, because it's happening, with
04:27our generation, it's happening, where people cheat in open relationships, and I think, it's very normal,
04:35So, maybe, that's why, maybe, that's why, they're being able to relate, so well, to the song.
04:41If you're talking about it, as an, I mean, you're a young actress, where do you see your relationship, and
04:50what kind of relationship do you see, do you see your relationship, do you see your own relationship, or do
04:56you see your own relationship?
05:04and i'm sure my person wants it that way too but uh very different i think when i'm on screen
05:11then
05:11of course the camera is my best friend so i can just uh play that character pretty well but no
05:15i'm on my seat what should you do in old school two months what should you do in your partner
05:21i think a lot of time loyalty trust these things don't exist nowadays i think people don't trust
05:31not loyal and people don't have patience back in the days you know people used to really be patient
05:36and fight for their love fight for their relationship but i think if we don't have patience
05:41then everyone is running you know okay let's just walk out so song has 1.7 million views
05:52made so how does it feel to such a massive response 17 million um it feels really good
06:01i think uh it's overwhelming people have really uh you know welcomed our song with open hearts and i
06:08think uh accepted it with open arms so i'm very very grateful and a lot of response people are
06:14praising my dance and expressing their expressions and you know i think everyone's just in love with
06:19the song and that's what um i think that's our biggest reward
06:24is that uh you know the communist uh sorry the columnist so nisha jamwal is a columnist who was
06:41there and um i think nisha jamwal uh also was there uh you know the communist uh sorry the
06:51columnist so nisha jamwal is a columnist who was there with us uh on our premier day and she was
06:56all breezes and i think everyone who came you know from the industry even anand pandit so he was like
07:02wow this is incredible so i think they all loved uh my work they loved our song our work and
07:08that means a
07:09lot of uh upcoming uh films uh cast co-leaker excitement and what is the difference about that
07:16play oh oh god oh god i'm very excited because uh i'm playing a very different character there's a lot
07:22of horror involved at some point my possess ho jaati ho and i think aissa character kisi
07:27uh i've never seen it until now you know which plays so uh it's a lot different i think it's
07:36going to show
07:36uh a versatile side in south industry you know can you learn something new in south industry
07:43i think uh the stories are amazing i think the stories are amazing and it's really nice you know they
07:52just
07:52let you be as an actor and uh i love their timings you know they work until uh just 6
07:59pm and then
07:59wrap up you know they meet up with the schedule that they plan for the day or not but i
08:05think
08:05it's very well organized and very well planned and i'm very happy working there well looking forward
08:11are you looking at challenging role rather than sticking to a particular image no challenging
08:15it's for sure versatility counts uh usually what happens in the industry in the industry
08:20uh uh very quickly walks out of the way if you're taking a role then you're taking a role
08:24no no no no really fully not then you're not an actor i think acting is versatility you should
08:29uh you know you should role in every way you should role in every way you should be
08:33mystery thriller thriller crime romance comedy i think an actor really has to be able to
08:39to carry off all rules so yeah so south ke film okay if you work there at least here
08:47so we see some of the things that we see some of the critics tell about that as well
08:51as the critics tell about that as well they're talking about south accent
08:54and that even in india was coming in hindi in india so what would they say
08:58so i think an actor should be seen as a performer you know language uh shouldn't be a barrier that
09:07no this is a
09:07the Telugu film industry, no, this is a Hindi film industry. I think it should not happen like that.
09:12There are all the performers, they are all working hard and they are doing some great work.
09:16I think we talked about Coffee with Karan, that's what it was about.
09:21I think she's a great actor. She's a great performer.
09:24So I don't think anyone should be judged on the basis of their language or their accent
09:28because that is what makes her unique. That's what makes her beautiful.
09:32And of course, I think her roots lie there.
09:34So she will talk about it. But it's her performance that counts.
09:38At the end of the day, she's back some huge films like an animal.
09:41And you know, she's doing some great work.
09:43So I think she should not be judged on the basis of that.
09:46What about social media?
09:49How many people post social media?
09:53How many people post social media?
09:56I think it's quite necessary.
09:58But there are days when I'm just like, I'm only social media.
10:03I have to leave my phone.
10:04Because it gets very consuming.
10:06We think that we are using Instagram.
10:08But ideally, Instagram is using us.
10:10And I think,
10:11now I start, you know, I started taking breaks.
10:14I don't use my phone so much.
10:16I don't use social media so much now.
10:18Of course, I have a team who is looking into stuff.
10:20So I think it's better that way.
10:21Because you remain safe.
10:23But I think in our industry,
10:25we have to engage in social media.
10:27You know, constantly engage with the audience.
10:31So I think it has its pros and cons.
10:34I think it's good.
11:03If exposure is not possible in the springtime.
11:07I think it's good.
11:15It's an opportunity that's come their way.
11:17So in a way, it's good.
11:19But at the same time, I think talents should be chosen on the basis of their hard work,
11:25their talent and the way they are as performers and actors, which should be even by just leaving
11:32social media aside.
11:34Last day, what have you talked about in your future?
11:36What kind of stuff are you talking about?
11:39So I have a film that comes with Sahi Kumar and Sir Kisang.
11:43So I'm excited for that.
11:44It's a comedy love story.
11:47So he's coming.
11:48And then there's a Bollywood friend with Dips.
11:51And there's lots now.
11:52So I'm excited.
11:53Okay.
11:53Kashi is coming on Diwali.
11:55And some people don't have crackers on Diwali.
11:57What are you talking about?
11:59I think I should do that.
12:01I don't do it.
12:02I have a pet tattooer.
12:03And he's scared a lot.
12:05Already because crackers started.
12:08Everyone started celebrating.
12:10I mean, they're scared that they're hidden.
12:11And I think they're so fragile.
12:14And I don't like that.
12:15I think it causes a lot of pollution in general.
12:18Noise pollution.
12:19So I don't like anything.
12:20So I would not recommend it.
12:24Lastly, what are you talking about?
12:26Guys, thank you so much for all the love that you've shown me for myself.
12:31Wave of Farsi.
12:32I'm very grateful.
12:33Very excited for a lot more that's coming up.
12:36But please keep supporting me.
12:37And keep showering me with all your love.
12:39I love you guys.
12:41Thank Diwali news.
12:42Happy Diwali guys.
12:44I hope only good things come your way.
12:47And only positivity comes to you.
12:50And all good things happen.
12:52Happy Diwali.
12:53Enjoy.
