14:03What have you seen that's a hidden challenge for players?
14:06You know what, B.A., I don't know if it's hidden as much as it is prevalent.
14:10I mean, I think the social media environment and the scrutiny that players get and have to deal with
14:16because they've been native to this device called the cell phone and social media,
14:21I think that's the greatest challenge.
14:24Again, I don't think it's hidden, but it is somewhat of an undercurrent
14:28that I think sometimes gets overlooked in terms of the challenges that players have.
