Some context for what you see. Two 19-storey towers and three 10-storey blocks share the grounds, giving buyers a choice between height and garden-level living. Layouts run from compact 2-bedroom homes of 527 sq ft up to a 4-bedroom premium with study of 1,378 sq ft. The facilities are spread over two storeys of gardens, and a canopy trail leads through the trees to a side gate.
Around the site, landed streets, old schools and protected forest set the tone, with Bukit Timah Nature Reserve to the north-west and the Botanic Gardens two MRT stops east.
