The blocks are deliberately low: eight reach six storeys and three stop at four, with between two and four homes on each floor. Ceilings in the principal rooms measure 3.18 m. Outside, 28 facilities are set over two decks, among them a 50m lap pool and a Bath House with thermal and outdoor baths.
The neighbourhood is one of the greenest in the city. Holland Green Linear Park borders the land, a new Community Plain park is planned next to it, and the Rail Corridor and Bukit Timah Nature Reserve are within easy reach. Methodist Girls' School (Primary) lies within 1 km, according to the developer's OneMap figures.
