The film opens with a title card over an artist's impression of the three blocks beside the Wessex estate, then shows four fact cards (tenure, home count, developer and the nearest station, One-north on the Circle Line, about a kilometre away) and a location card for one-north. Artist's impressions follow: two blocks above the pools and palms, the 50-metre lap pool, a poolside lounge pavilion in the evening, a living and dining room interior, the sky dining terrace at sunset, the clubhouse lawn and reflecting pool, and a roof-garden view north over Wessex. It closes on the showflat appointment line and the site address.
The nearest train is one-north on the Circle Line, roughly a kilometre away as the crow flies, with Queenstown on the East-West Line a little further.
The images come from the developer's materials and are shown as artist's impressions, which is why the frame carries an artist's impression line along the bottom. Each card states its fact in words on screen, so the film still makes sense with the sound off, and an English subtitle file accompanies the upload.
