The neighbourhood: the Ulu Pandan Park Connector is a step through a side gate, International Business Park lies roughly five minutes away on foot, and Jurong Lake District about five minutes by car. The Jurong Region Line station nearby is still under construction; buses reach Clementi or Jurong East MRT in four stops.
