00:09This fashion week, as the weather got colder, we saw people breaking out their most stylish winter accessories.
00:15Today we're going to merge fashion and function by bedazzling this hat.
00:19What you're going to need for this project is a knit cap, glue, needle and thread, scissors, gems, and mesh.
00:29Step one is to arrange your gems on your mesh in the pattern that you want and then we're going
00:38to glue each one to the material.
00:50After you have all your gems glued in the pattern that you want, let dry.
00:58Next step is to take your scissors and cut around your gems.
01:21And there you have your bedazzled section that you're going to add to your hat.
01:28And the next step is to place it onto the front of your hat.
01:37The last step is to take your needle and thread and sew the mesh onto your hat.
01:43If you want to go back after, you can reinforce the gems by sewing the individual ones on as well.
02:03When you're done sewing, knot it in the back.
02:05And there you have it.
02:06An inexpensive yet chic way to keep warm this winter.
