The plié. Although it may sound like a complicated dance term, you don't have to be classically trained to do this move! This plié squat is designed to work your glutes, quads, and hamstrings — while also helping to improve your balance. Ballet moves are no joke, you guys.

00:15Squats are already great for your glutes, quads, and hamstrings, and widening your stance and
00:19turning your feet out adds an extra toning to your inner thighs. Stand with your feet wider
00:25than shoulder width apart with your toes pointed out. Lower yourself into a squat until your thighs
00:31are nearly parallel to the floor. Hold yourself there for a beat and return to standing position.
00:37To add another level of difficulty, after squatting, jump into the air. After you land,
00:42immediately drop back into a squat. Adding the jump will help you get your heart rate up.
