1. Prime eyelids. 2. Brush shadow from outer corner to center of eye. 3. Blend with lighter shadow. 4. Continue to layer shadow starting from the outer corner. 5. Use a pencil to line the waterline. 6. Highlight under brow. 7. Line top lid and under eye. 8. Apply mascara. 9. Finish with a lip!
