1. Line entire lower lash line with cream liner. 2. Tight line eye with black pencil liner. 3. Blend lower liner under eye with brush. 4. Line upper lashline with burgundy shadow. 5. Apply highlight to entire lid. 6. Follow lashline and create a downward facing point on the inner eye. 7. Blend under eye.
