1. Prime eyelids. 2. Apply shadow with brush and blend for a seamless look. 3. Using the same color, pat a second layer of eyeshadow on the lid. 4. Apply blue liner to the waterline. To intensify the color, add a second layer of blue shadow. 5. Use a black pencil liner on the lashline and trace over with a liquid liner. 6. Apply mascara. 7. Add blush. 8. Start at the corners of the mouth and work in with lip stain. 9. Line lips and add a layer of gloss to finish!
