1. Start by priming your eye lids. 2. Press shadow on lid with finger. 3. Use a brush to add a second, darker, layer of shadow to the outter corner. 4. Start in the inner corner with a shimmer and pull across entire lid. 5. Apply liner with a flat brush to the lash line. 6. Curl lashes and apply mascara. 7. Trace under the eye with liner. 8. Add a touch of blush to finish!
