1. Apply thick foundation around the eyebrows to define them. Blend. 2. Apply a red-hued powder eyeshadow to the outside of the upper eyelid and brow bone. 3. Apply a light neutral shade to the middle and inner eyelid. Blend. 4. Apply liquid eyeliner to upper lash line. 5. Apply false eyelashes. 6. Contour the face. 7. Apply lip liner and neutral lipstick.
