1. Apply a base of neutral shadow to eyelid. 2. Apply second color of brown. 3. Add pink shadow layer to eyelid, under eye and inner corner of eye. 5. Add white glitter/powder to give a more frosted look. 4. Use a q-tip to clean up the eye. 5. Outline lips with a pencil. 6. Fill in lips with matte lipstick. 7. Finish with mascara.
