1. Apply primer to entire lid. 2. Apply bronzer in the shape of a wing and follow through crease. 3. Tightline eye with navy eyeliner. 4. Underline eye with navy liner. 5. Use blue shadow to line under eye and blend. 6. Add highlighter to corners of eyes!
