✅ Price: OpenAI says API prices are 50% lower, at $1 per million input tokens and $5 per million output tokens
✅ OpenAI's own tests: on par with GPT-6 Astra on its Agents' Last Exam at a tenth of the price, 3x faster, Terminal-Bench 4.0 up from 21.5% to 50.3% (some claims not independently verified, per The Next Web)
✅ Where: ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Enterprise and Edu, the API as gpt-6.1-terra, and GitHub Copilot
