Texas just sued OpenAI and CEO Sam Altman, and it wants ChatGPT kept away from minors in the state. ⚖️
On October 23, 2026, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a 67-page petition in Collin County District Court against OpenAI and Sam Altman.
