00:12I'd like to take just a couple of minutes talking about what the interns that participate in the
00:17group potentially should get from this. And the first is mentorship and the advantage that comes
00:21from talking to people that have had very long experience in a variety of fields. The second
00:27important thing they should get from it is the ability to interact with different personalities.
00:34It's true that the various senior members of the group, what we call the gray hairs, have very
00:39different personalities and different outlooks and different politics for that matter. They should
00:43learn to handle a variety of personalities on a broad spectrum of issues. And third, and finally,
00:51they should benefit from either participating in or watching the members of the group debate
00:57issues and debate them without getting ad hominem or engaging in personal attacks or raising their
01:04voice or shouting others down or talking over people. That's an important attribute to have.
01:11And I hope they get that from participating in the group.
