00:04I'd like to take just a couple of minutes talking about what the interns that participate in the
00:09group potentially should get from this and the first is mentorship and the advantage that comes
00:13from talking to people that have had very long experience in a variety of fields the second
00:19important thing they should get from it is the ability to interact with different personalities
00:26it's true that the various members senior members of the group what we call the gray hairs have very
00:31different personality and different outlooks and different politics for that matter they should
00:35learn to handle a variety of personalities on a broad spectrum of issues and third and finally
00:43they should benefit from either participating in or watching the members of the group debate issues
00:49and debate them without getting ad hominem or engaging in personal attacks or raising their
00:56voice or shouting others down or talking over people that's an important attribute to to have
01:03and I hope they get that from participating in the group
