00:08I'd like to take just a couple of minutes talking about what the interns that participate in the
00:13group potentially should get from this and the first is mentorship and the advantage that comes
00:17from talking to people that have had very long experience in a variety of fields the second
00:23important thing they should get from it is the ability to interact with different personalities
00:30it's true that the various members senior members of the group what we call the gray hairs have very
00:35different personalities and different outlooks and different politics for that matter they should
00:39learn to handle a variety of personalities on a broad spectrum of issues and third and finally
00:47they should benefit from either participating in or watching the members of the group debate issues
00:54and debate them without getting ad hominem or engaging in personal attacks or raising their
01:00voice or shouting others down or talking over people that's an important attribute to to have
01:07and I hope they get that from participating in the group
