00:00Also, Brazil enters the final hours of a fierce presidential campaign in a virtual deadlock with polling agencies like Datafolia
00:08showing candidates tied at 50-50.
00:12Grassroot movements, workers and artists have taken to the streets of Sao Paulo ahead of massive final rallies expected across
00:19the country.
00:20For the details from the ground, our correspondent Ray Amir has more details.
00:26There's hundreds of campaign rallies going on across Brazil today for Flavio Bolsonaro and the incumbent President Luis Inácio Lula
00:35da Silva.
00:36I'm hearing one of them that's been held in downtown Sao Paulo, put together by artists, cultural workers, the Municipal
00:45Public Service Workers Union and housing movements.
00:49And it's turned into a kind of carnival-like atmosphere due to the fact that it's been raining and a
00:56samba drum group made up of artists participating in the rally has joined the parade.
01:00So with two days left before the election, polls came out today showing that the candidates are in a dead
01:08heat.
01:10Datafolia, the largest polling agency in Brazil, has them at exactly 50-50 with a 2% margin of error.
01:18And another agency called Vox Populi has Lula up for the first time since the round one election by almost
01:271% over Flavio Bolsonaro.
01:29So as time windles down to the last day before the election when the candidates are going to have their
01:36largest campaign rallies of the year,
01:38undoubtedly Lula is expected to bring a crowd of nearly a million out to downtown Sao Paulo tomorrow.
01:45We're only going to be able to really have any idea of the result of this election once the votes
01:50start coming in Sunday night,
01:52because it's currently a dead heat according to the polling agencies here in Brazil.
01:57Yeah.
