00:10And here comes Hunter Hearst Helmsley.
00:13Mr. Helmsley, of course, on a collision course with Goldust.
00:16That's my girl, my sweet Fraulein.
00:19Well, as she comes down for you or for Mr. Helmsley, I don't know which in any event.
00:23Of course, Mr. Helmsley on a collision course, JR, with Goldust at WrestleMania.
00:27Well, I'll tell you something, that's quite a rivalry between Helmsley and Goldust.
00:31And I know that Goldust can't wait until three weeks from now.
00:35We're less than three weeks away on pay-per-view at WrestleMania 13.
00:40Hunter Hearst Helmsley, and he is just as pompous in Berlin as he is in Greenwich, Connecticut.
00:47Nonetheless, ladies and gentlemen, what a match to kick things off tonight on Monday Night Raw.
00:52From Berlin, Germany, Hunter Hearst Helmsley against Bret the Hitman Hart.
00:57And the Hitman is in a real foul mood, as a matter of fact.
01:01Earlier this afternoon, we talked about his match with Helmsley.
01:03And talked about, indeed, everything that's been.
01:05Well, there's the Hitman.
01:06Talked about, well, all of this, can you stay focused, Bret Hart?
01:10Recognizing what Stone Cold, who's gonna join us later on live in the studio, has done to you.
01:14Can you stay focused? What about him?
01:16Oh, I can stay focused. I got no other choice but to stay focused.
01:20And as far as Hunter Hearst Helmsley, he'll be sorry that he ever even got mixed up with the excellence
01:25of execution.
01:26And I just hope and I pray that Stone Cold Steve Austin is sitting at home,
01:31watching this very match, and realizing that the exact same thing that I do to
01:35Hunter Hearst Helmsley, I'm gonna do to Stone Cold Steve Austin.
01:41Well, better than sitting at home, indeed.
01:44Hitman, Stone Cold Steve Austin is live in our WWF Studios in the United States.
01:50And we will hear from Stone Cold as it relates to your collision at WrestleMania.
01:55And here it comes, ladies and gentlemen.
01:58Here is Bret in front of Ireland.
02:03Listen to this ovation.
02:07I just saw a sign that said, forget Bret.
02:09That's right, forget you Bret Hart, you're finished, and you know at WrestleMania 13,
02:13you're gonna give up.
02:33The Hitman Bret Hart being greeted by thousands upon thousands of German fans,
02:39ladies and gentlemen.
02:41All over Europe, all over Europe, all over Europe, all over the world.
02:44All over America, all over Asia, the Hitman Bret Hart, beloved by so many individuals.
02:55The Hitman, as a matter of fact, voted on more than one occasion the most popular athlete
03:00by Bravo Magazine here in Germany.
03:03And Bret Hart no doubt has come here to show his wares against Hunter Hearst Helmsley.
03:08You know, that's a great honor for Bret Hart, defeating such athletes as Steffi Graf,
03:13Boris Becker, both great German athletes.
03:16Bret Hart's so popular around the world, but especially here in Germany.
03:21But being a four-time WWF champion these days, he must feel like Rodney Dangerfield,
03:27not getting a great deal of respect.
03:29And we can thank Stone Cold Steve Austin for that.
03:32That young man right there has a great deal of respect for the Hitman.
03:36And halfway around the world, ladies and gentlemen, it doesn't matter where in the world.
03:40If you're a WWF superstar, you are readily recognized as a gentleman standing, or
03:45sitting rather, to my left would attest.
03:47Seeing that kid over there makes me believe now that they can clone people.
03:50He looked just like Bret Hart.
03:53And unfortunately, Mr. Helmsley kicking out one of the Bret Hart bears that are so
03:59popular here in Germany.
04:00Well, that's the problem with these fans here, it's a bunch of foreigners.
04:03That's the only thing I see wrong with it.
04:05Of course, they love the Honky Tonk Man.
04:07Again, I think if anyone, our guest here, it's us Honky Tonk.
04:11In any event, Hunter Hart's Townsley with the Hitman over the hip.
04:15No, nice reversal by the Hitman Bret Hart.
04:19And the Hitman Bret Hart in control.
04:21My.
04:22And earlier on, ladies and gentlemen, arriving in our WWF Studios on a snowy New England night.
04:29Yes, Stone Cold Steve Austin.
04:31Get the hell out of here.
04:31And it seems as though Mr. Austin is in a foul mood, much like the Hitman Bret Hart is,
04:37as we speak.
04:38And we will be going live to our WWF Studios with Stone Cold Steve Austin.
04:43No chance of pinning the Hitman in that regard.
04:46Bret Hart, ladies and gentlemen, four-time World Wrestling Federation champion.
04:50And a little bit later on, we're gonna see why he was for the champion for the four time for
04:55just a number of hours, I guess you would have to say.
04:5824 hours to be exact.
04:59One day, that's all, he was a champion.
05:02Thanks to Stone Cold Steve Austin.
05:05Well, Bret, we know is, I guess for the lack of better terms, obsessed with the WWF title.
05:11Obsessed with being the WWF champion.
05:13He realizes his dream in that hellacious Final Four matchup back in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
05:19But not even 24 hours later, as we have documented, thanks to Stone Cold Steve Austin,
05:26Bret Hart loses to Psycho Sid in Nashville.
05:29Locking back up now, Hunter Hearst-Helmsley and Bret, the Hitman Hart standing side,
05:32headlock, and again, take over.
05:35And it seems as though that everything Bret Hart does, everybody in Berlin, cheers.
05:40Yes, ladies and gentlemen are coming tonight from Berlin, Germany, where we will see a European
05:44champion crown.
05:45Will it be the British Bulldog?
05:47Will it be Owen Hart, his tag team partner?
05:49They are brother-in-laws, and they are enemies.
05:52And you wanna talk about enemies?
05:53This is gonna be big, it's gonna be physical.
05:55Psycho Sid defending the WWF title right here tonight against mankind.
05:59And we've got titles galore on the line.
06:02This is the one I really wanna see, because I know the Intercontinental Championship's going to Vader tonight.
06:07It could very well, and most likely it will.
06:10Three championship matches tonight on Raw, ladies and gentlemen.
06:13As we come to you from Düsseldorf, yes, from Berlin, Germany.
06:19And no, nobody home there.
06:23Action in the ring, lots of action, but not that flunky-tonk man.
06:26A little distracted here by some of the ladies, I think, about the ringside area, hunk.
06:31That was an illegal headbutt.
06:33Everybody at home saw it, and you know it, McMahon, and the referee knows it.
06:36But see, Bret the Hitman Hart, he always gets away with stuff he shouldn't get away with.
06:40And that's because?
06:41It's because he's really sneaky in the ring.
06:45He does things so fast and so quick that the referee really can't see it.
06:48But I'm watching, Bret Hart, and I know what you're doing.
06:52And it's a good thing that not everyone in the world has eyes looking through the-
06:57I'm glad you're not a baseball umpire.
06:59You have to be a spring training.
07:00What's wrong with your eyes?
07:01I can promise you this, Stone Cold Steve Faust, and he's watching right now.
07:05And he knows all about Bret Hart.
07:07That might have been a low blow right there.
07:09That might have been an eagle.
07:11I'm not sure, it might have been a low blow right there.
07:12Bret was not.
07:13Stay with us, ladies and gentlemen.
07:14This matchup continues from Berlin.
07:18Welcome back, everyone.
07:19Yes, we are in Berlin, Germany.
07:21Hunter Hearst Hemsley is hammering Bret the Hitman Hart.
07:24And Mr. Hemsley pretty much had the advantage ever since we went to commercial break.
07:27He's been working him over like he should work him over.
07:30And I know Stone Cold's watching and taking notes on what Hemsley's doing right now.
07:33And Stone Cold will be doing the same thing to him.
07:35Well, that remains to be seen, and we will be talking with Stone Cold Steve Austin live,
07:39ladies and gentlemen, in our WWF studios in America.
07:42Stone Cold watching, I'm sure, every second of this matchup.
07:45Hunter Hearst Hemsley with the Hitman Bret Hart.
07:48And Hunter Hearst Hemsley thus far is doing quite well for himself.
07:52And I don't know that that's necessarily a surprise, JR.
07:55Well, it certainly isn't Hemsley, it's a great athlete.
07:56And also, folks, by the way, we expect to talk to Jerry the King Lawler tonight from his home in
08:02Memphis.
08:02And we also expect to hear from ECW's Paul E Dangerously.
08:06And that should be the most interesting conversation.
08:10Yes, ECW causing quite a stir here last week when we emanated from the Manhattan Center in New York City.
08:16Well, we are in Berlin, ladies and gentlemen.
08:18Hunter Hearst Hemsley and the Hitman Bret Hart having a go.
08:22Off the rope, Hunter Hearst Hemsley and first arm bar takedown.
08:26That could have dislocated Bret Hart's shoulder, their good arm bar takedown.
08:29Shoots the half, and Hemsley over.
08:31Touch the leg, and no.
08:33Count it to Hunter Hearst Hemsley with an ear fall there on the Hitman Bret Hart.
08:40And Mr. Hemsley now, I think he wants to take home a souvenir from Berlin,
08:44and it just might be the Hitman's shoulder at this juncture.
08:48Not the kind of souvenir the Honky Tonk Man's gonna be taking home, I promise you that.
08:52Brawline, huh? Brawline.
08:53And anyway, look at this.
08:54Break it off, break it.
08:56Hunter Hearst Hemsley with the advantage on Bret the Hitman Hart, who-
09:00Fall back, just fall back with it.
09:03Oh, no.
09:05And Bret Hart, who will be in a submission match, ladies and gentlemen.
09:10One on one with Stone Cold Steve Austin at WrestleMania.
09:13Yes, and I think the Hitman is getting a little taste of what submission might be here in this match.
09:18Well, the matchup at WrestleMania between Hart and Austin will be, as you said, a submission match.
09:24That's the only way to win the match is to make your opponent submit.
09:27And I'm not so sure that either Bret Hart or
09:29Steve Austin have ever submitted in their entire career.
09:33But there's gotta be a first time.
09:35It's gonna happen for one of them in less than three weeks at WrestleMania.
09:39All right, on the top rope, getting up there a little gingerly now.
09:41And the Hitman, Bret Hart up on his feet, a hard right hand in the midsection.
09:45And another one.
09:46Hunter Hearst Hemsley is in some trouble now.
09:48The Hitman goes up to greet him, and watch out.
09:50Here we go.
09:50No, no, no, no, no, Blake.
09:52Yeah.
09:52From way upstairs, Bret Hart back in control.
09:57Now let's see, he drops the leg.
09:59We stated before, Bret Hart has been in a foul mood as of late headbutt there.
10:03As a result of Stone Cold Steve Austin's action costing him the World Wrestling
10:07Federation Championship.
10:09Although, let's take nothing away from Psycho Sid.
10:12It remains to be seen as to whether or not- Wait a minute, cover in.
10:16Whether or not Sid would have been, well, the new champion with or
10:21without Stone Cold Steve Austin's interruption.
10:23Well, at this point in time, it doesn't matter.
10:25Sid is the champion.
10:26He's the most recognizable sports figure in the world today,
10:28like all the superstars in the World Wrestling Federation.
10:31He is a monster.
10:32He is the World Wrestling Federation champion.
10:35We will see him in action, ladies and gentlemen, in one of our three
10:37championship matches later on tonight.
10:40And this one might be over.
10:41Kick out, Anthony.
10:43Justin Nikotov.
10:44Got to hand it to Helmsley, he's one tough son of a gun.
10:46And with all these wars he's been having with Goldust recently, and certainly want to wish,
10:51I'm glad that Marlene is feeling better back in the States.
10:53She's had kind of a rough go from that Amazon that's attacked her twice.
10:58Yes, here we go, another cover, two in.
11:00Another kick out by Helmsley.
11:02You're making reference to that bionic-type looking woman.
11:06Nonetheless, Hunter Hearst Helmsley right now backing off a bit.
11:10And again, moving right in, the hitman, Brad Hart, who is quite the aggressor.
11:14Reversal here by Helmsley.
11:16Take over, Helmsley.
11:17Here we go, here we go, the pedigree.
11:19Helmsley, no, here we go, Brad Hart reverses things and Helmsley for the ride.
11:28And Hunter Hearst Helmsley is just about out, sharpshooter time.
11:33It's sharpshooter time for the hitman.
11:35The hitman, Brad Hart, can you get the sharpshooter here?
11:41No, Berlin, Germany, seeing quite a matchup to kick things off tonight on Monday Night Raw.
11:46The hitman, Brad Hart, one-on-one with Hunter Hearst Helmsley.
11:50We said before, three title matches coming at you tonight, ladies and gentlemen.
11:54Went with, of course, the first ever European Championship,
11:56with two co-holders facing each other tonight, JR.
12:00Yes, there they are, the British Bulldog and Owen Hart, and there's gonna be an explosion.
12:04There's gotta be.
12:04And this one has been some time in the coming.
12:07There's, whoa!
12:08Come on.
12:09Disqualify, Hart.
12:10Bret's abusing the referee, and that's gonna cost him the match.
12:13Bret Hart abused the referee.
12:14Hey, wait a minute, there's that woman.
12:17Again.
12:18There's that biotic type looking woman, look at her.
12:21Unbelievable, where did she come from anyway?
12:23I think she's, I think she's calling Bret Hart out.
12:28We're a long way from Nashville, the last time we saw her.
12:31She's calling him out, I think she's challenging Bret Hart.
12:34And the hitman, quite naturally, the gentleman that he is would have no idea.
12:40Look at the size of this woman.
12:42Look at her.
12:43Whoa.
12:44What a specimen.
12:46This is a little too coincidental for me.
12:48And I'm not so sure, yes, that maybe it's a coincidence, maybe it isn't.
12:54In any event, ladies and gentlemen, a disqualification.
12:57What a face.
12:57On the part of Bret Hart and the man who gets the victory here, it's Hunter Hearst Helmsley.
13:02What a face.
13:04It's not been anierungs Ware.
13:08Nothing has been Covenischen for now.
13:09In the Mestin is a judge.
13:09What a face.
13:11It's terrible.
13:12What a face.
