00:00I think what breast cancer really showed me was how difficult it is for people who are going
00:07through chemotherapy, who are in health care, or who are a teacher, and you still have to show up
00:12for work. You need your insurance, and you have to be in your feet eight hours a day and do
00:17your job.
00:18That whole space just opened up to me what a significant challenge women are facing. And Diane,
00:25the shocking part about this is there is even Fortune 1000 company who aren't paying short-term
00:33disability. It's so cheap to do it, and why aren't companies offering that? So that is the thing that
00:39has really opened up my eyes to it is, hey, I could take calls from my house sitting in my
00:45bed going
00:45through chemotherapy. This one in three women Ruth talked about yesterday, they don't have that luxury.
00:52So how do we deal with that? How do we support people who are going through this? I think that's
00:57top of mind for me right now, and to figure out what can I do in my kind of next
01:02adventure as I
01:03figure that out.
