00:00At five years old, the abuse started at the hands of my biological father. It wasn't until a year
00:05later that my biological half-brother started to also abuse us. That's when the physical abuse
00:12started to get pretty extreme. At first, it started with just using the belt and the ping-pong
00:16paddle when we weren't listening. He would force me to kneel on my knees on top of rice and keep
00:23my nose in between two distinct panels. And if I moved, he would beat me with a belt that had
00:30little like spooks on it. I would be forced to eat dog food because that was one of his ways
00:35to
00:35manipulate something else that were basic needs for children. There was a time where my biological
00:42father dragged me down the hallway because he wanted to force me to be essayed and perform acts
00:49on him. He dragged me down the hallway. This is when he took me and tossed me in between the
00:54door
00:54frame between my shoulders and my collarbone. And I ended up pretty hurt and I never got it fixed.
