00:04he in fact is being investigated there would be times that we would be forced to not only perform
00:11or be forced into having with our biological father and biological half-brother but there
00:17would be times that we had to do it in order to shower in order to eat like it was

00:22a manipulative tool to get whatever they wanted and when it came out of how significant the abuse
00:28was they immediately expressed concern about us continuing visitations at this time he was
00:35currently going through a court case where he was being charged for child and so he was arrested
00:43for the crimes but when it came down to sentencing he was only charged with one count of child and
00:52one
00:52count and then they removed all children from the home it was well documented in the dcf records
00:59as well as our adoption records and his case filed the amount of abuse that we went through
01:05so he is currently required even though he is out of prison now to register for the rest of his
01:12life
01:12as a sex offender
