00:01Hello Guy, c'est GTR.
00:04Hello.
00:27Anyway, if you can hear me, I pulled in the lee of Santa Maria.
00:34The seas went flat.
00:36The breeze basically crapped out.
00:39So it was a very short little pause.
00:43The tailor got repaired and everything.
00:46And I spent the whole night hand-steering because I'm next to an island.
00:51And you know I don't like that anymore.
00:53I'm sailing close-hauled in about 11 knots of breeze with my 140 gyps case on main.
01:00And I'm on a heading of 150.
01:08And my intention is to follow the eastern side of trying to get to the rum line.
01:17So right now, because I went to Canberra Islands, I'm west of it.
01:21So we'll see how that strategy works as I work my way south and into the doldrums.
01:27But the great high winds of 20 knots and plus that I had this past week have now been cut
01:34in half.
01:35And the breeze has done, I don't know, about a 90 degree shift.
01:41So that's the story.
01:44Take care, everybody.
01:56And the breeze has done, I don't know, about a 90 degree shift.
