00:00Welcome back, the final lesson on pedaling technique.
00:04Well, there are so many more things and exercises that have been worked on,
00:09But I thought about the concept of transferring the technique from the technique from the technique from the technique of
00:18and then create exercises that are based on the pedals.
00:22So one of the most basic and also one of the best known
00:31These are the three fields.
00:33The three fields themselves
00:37They are the first drummers in the time of the people
00:42at night.
00:45So it's a signal for the troops to wake up.
00:49a signal for the wake-up soldiers
00:50and a garrison.
00:52And the reason I'm going to put this
00:55It's because it's only made of four different rudiments.
01:00which are the 5 stroke roll,
01:03the 11 stroke roll,
01:05the 10 stroke roll
01:06and the single drag at the end.
01:08But it's mainly the 5th, 10th, and 11th stroke roll
01:12that this piece is indeed.
01:16And one thing I would like to give to the table
01:20It's because of the accents that are here
01:23They are the accents,
01:25to help with accents
01:26to give the beater
01:27a little strength in the head,
01:29what I said at the beginning
01:31It is more the exception.
01:33of the route
01:33and not really the route
01:36but,
01:38before showing them the route
01:42Let's look at the ingredients
01:46that has
01:46first,
01:47the 5 stroke roll
01:49which would
01:50the route
01:51the route
01:52the route
01:52the route
01:53the route
01:53the route
02:06the route
02:11The 11-stroke roll.
02:22And the 10-stroke roll.
02:31All of these are based on a triplet grid and as the name already suggests the three camps
02:40are made up of three different sections. Camp number 1, 2, 3. It's kind of stupid, I know.
02:48But anyway, here's the three camps. This is pretty much the tempo, 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 2.
03:00So the pulse, I'm really clapping here, relates to the dotted quarter notes
03:07of the 6-8 measure that I noted the piece in.
03:15So this is it. Here's the piece.
03:42Next five, we've got a test.
04:15Done!
04:17So if you're not used to that, I don't know.
04:20Okay, that was the short set of lessons on pedal technique.
04:27I hope you did some of that.
04:29And if you have any questions, contact me at www.klaushesler.com
04:37Here I am, ask me and you're going to get a pretty decent answer, I hope.
04:42Ok, thank you so much, enjoy the exercises, I'll see you in the next course.
04:46Ok, thank you so much, bye bye.
