00:24important it is for me to like show up be visible tell stories teach mentor all of those things
00:32because our responsibility especially as black women as leaders in this space is to reach as we
00:39climb. We need more black voices we need more black representation so my goal is I will do everything
00:46in my power to make sure that there is more. How about setting a goal of a thousand new black
