Why everyone is obsessed with this wild van layout becomes clear the moment you step inside the Concrete Oasis Sprinter 170. Built by Nicole and Edden of Ananda Living Experiences with Sandy Vans, this custom Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is designed for full-time RV life, off-grid travel, and a home-like feel on the road, with real micro cement finishes, a drop-down electric bed, and an endless recirculating shower system.

Patrick Botticelli of New Jersey Outdoor Adventures walks through the whole build, from the Agile Off-Road suspension and 480W walkable solar roof deck to the L-shaped lounge that can seat a crowd. The reversed layout puts the living room and sleeping area toward the side door, while the kitchen, storage, wardrobe, and rear wet bath make the van feel more like a boutique tiny home than a typical camper. It also packs a Redarc power system, heated lithium batteries, a HappiJac queen bed lift, Starlink, AC, and smart lighting.

The result is a luxury camper van walkthrough filled with pro builder ideas, overlanding upgrades, and clever space-saving design. 00:03Nobody buys a van because they want to live in a metal box.
00:07You do it because the pristine predictability of modern life feels like a slow, comfortable death.
00:14You want the road, but more than that, you want to actually be somewhere when you arrive.
00:19Enter the concrete oasis, Sandy Van's response to the existential itch.
00:25Nicole Nedden, the force behind Ananda Living Experience, didn't just build this to show off slick craftsmanship.
00:31They built a mobile sanctuary, a space designed to force you to slow down, breathe, and actually inhabit present moment.
00:44Step inside, it doesn't feel like a camper.
00:47It feels like a quiet back alley lounge you stumbled onto at midnight.
00:51Cool, concrete inspired textures anchored by functional warmth.
00:56It strips away the clutter, no distractions, just pure, unadulterated presence.
01:03Nicole Nedden understands something fundamental.
01:06This rig isn't destination.
01:08It's the vessel that lets you show up fully open to whatever is waiting around the bed.
01:14Whenever you're drinking coffee at sunrise, on a desert bluff, or sitting out in a downpour, this space holds you.
01:23So walk through with us, because in a world obsessed with where we're going next, the concrete oasis is a
01:30rare reminder to just be right here, right now.
01:35Thanks Patrick, we appreciate you having us again.
01:38Today we're going to be touring this concrete oasis in a Sprinter 170.
01:43Alright, let's go.
01:45Before we get started, I'm just going to walk you guys through the van to see the different spaces, and
01:50then we'll go room by room.
01:51So outside we have this nice coffee table bar, straight into our L-shape living room.
01:58Right above us, believe it or not, is our bedroom, which we'll show you how that works later.
02:02And then if you keep coming in, we got our kitchen, all our storage, full-size closet, and then the
02:10star of the show, this massive bathroom, second vanity, infinity shower.
02:15We're going to show you all the good stuff later.
02:17Okay, so this is actually the fourth concrete oasis we ever built.
02:20We're already up to number eight right now, but this one specifically, we put a nice olive green wrap on
02:27it.
02:28Off-road wheels and tires, full suspension upgrade, agile off-road rip kit from the front to the back.
02:35We put on some steps as well on the side and the back, so that it's easier to get in
02:39and out.
02:41Moving on to the back here, we have, we put this huge Sanivans boost box so that we can just
02:47store a ton of stuff.
02:49This thing, this thing like expands your storage and we don't have that much in it right now, but you
02:56can put so much stuff in here.
02:57So it's actually really, really helpful.
02:58We also put a spare tire carrier on the back here because we have our gray water tank where this
03:04normally sits underneath.
03:06And we actually just had to use that as we drove into Baja, we got a flat tire.
03:10So it was actually really convenient that we had this really accessible.
03:13And over here, we have our ladder that goes up to our roof deck, which we'll show you right now.
03:19So up here, we have our walkable solar deck.
03:23It's 480 watts of solar that you can actually walk on, lay on, watch the sunset.
03:28Super nice.
03:29This is our skylight that we can actually pop out of from the bed to get up here if we
03:33want to not come from the ladder.
03:35There's some off-roading lights up in the front, our awning here on the side.
03:39And then we also have our AC, our Starlink and our WeBoost is up here as well.
03:44And our max air fan.
03:45We also put like 360 degree perimeter lights in case you just need flood lights around the whole van.
03:51So you can just pop those on and see everything around you.
03:53All right. I feel like we have to start with our living room and little outside coffee table area.
03:58We decided to do what we would call like a reverse layout.
04:02So our bed and living room is out the side door instead of the back.
04:06This gives you just an insane view and a way to extend the living room as well and really just
04:12enjoy the nature that you're in.
04:13And we use this coffee table so much.
04:16It's like one of the best things we put in the van.
04:19We have coffee out here.
04:20We have cocktails out here.
04:21Right underneath it, we have a little cubby for storage.
04:24This is great for just popping some flip flops in there.
04:26Dog leash if you've got a dog.
04:28And there's also an outlet here, which is really convenient for just charging things right near the van.
04:34We have a nice side step here.
04:36This just makes it a little bit easier to get in and out since a lot of the vans come
04:39with a lift.
04:40And then when we walk in, we have this huge L-shaped living room.
04:46You can fit like, I think we've had 10 people in here before, which sounds crazy.
04:50But if you're all friends, you can get nice and cozy.
04:53And it just makes being in a van become not just something that you get to enjoy, but something that
04:59you get to share with your friends as well.
05:01Before we get into the details of this living room, I just want to talk about the materials that we
05:06use in the van really quick.
05:07So it's called the concrete oasis, which means there's concrete in here, but it's not actually concrete.
05:13It's a product called a micro cement.
05:15Specifically, this one is from a company called Mayo Dead.
05:19It's concrete.
05:19If you would like to use it in your build, I highly recommend it.
05:23It's the best micro cement product that we have tried thus far, and it holds up incredible.
05:28It gives it just this really nice finish.
05:31It goes on as a very, very thin layer.
05:34It's not super heavy.
05:35I think that's a question we get a lot is how heavy is this van?
05:38It's not that heavy.
05:40So I definitely think it's worth it for what you get in terms of how it looks and how it
05:45feels when you're sitting in the van.
05:46We also do walnut and we try to keep everything relatively neutral just to make the space feel really cozy
05:53and homey and not too overstimulating or cluttered for a small space.
05:58First up, we got this partition wall, which we think is a must in a van.
06:04I really can't imagine building one without one just for temperature regulation alone.
06:09But also when we build a van, we kind of like to try to make it feel more like a
06:14tiny home rather than a van.
06:16So we like to block what feels like a van, which the cab, obviously, that's a telltale sign you're in
06:21a van.
06:21So blocking it just makes it feel like we're in more of a living room and a tiny home than
06:27a van.
06:28And it gives us this beautiful opportunity to do some nice art and kind of the centerpiece of the living
06:34room.
06:35In the first one that we built, I hand would burned this design on.
06:40It took about, I don't know, probably 45 hours more or less, but it was so worth it.
06:46And then we said we have to continue doing this with all of the vans.
06:49And that process was just a little too time consuming.
06:52So now we laser engraved them for every single van, which is really fun.
06:57It's laser engraved instead of hand simple wood burned.
07:00But it's really cool that each van has its own kind of mark on it.
07:04We did a classic lagoon table.
07:06And it's pretty crazy that this one table actually services the whole entire living room.
07:11So we've had lots of people here for dinner and we can all sit and eat around this table.
07:17And my favorite spot in the van is when I'm working, sitting here with a beautiful view.
07:24Just turn this bad boy around, lock myself in and voila, it's a perfect work setup.
07:32And then for windows, we have these windows from Van Windows Direct and they slide open with the bug screen,
07:39which is really nice.
07:41We have it in this arced frame, which we have on both sides.
07:45We'll show you guys.
07:46Creates this really beautiful view with both the arced windows and then this arced door.
07:51And then we have built in blackout shades.
07:56These are so convenient instead of having to get up and put covers on the windows.
08:01If you can do built in, it's incredible.
08:03And then Eden is going to explain to you what's under the benches because he knows all the tech way
08:08better than I do.
08:09Okay.
08:09Tapping in for Nicole here to explain what's under the bed, under the benches.
08:14So first of all, on this side, we have that table that slides out.
08:17And above that is just a bunch of storage space, just a big, big storage area.
08:24Directly underneath me is our batteries, which we have 824 amp hours of lithium SOK internally heated batteries.
08:32And then this section right here is taken up by the electrical system.
08:36It is a full red arc electrical system, 3000 watt inverter charger, solar charger, all that.
08:43Everything lives in here.
08:44And then the rest of this is also just storage.
08:48Underneath here, we also have our heater outputs.
08:51We have our regular heater here.
08:53And then this is a really cool feature that is actually a pull out heater vent tube.
08:58So you can take this if it's really cold out, which it is absolutely not right now.
09:02But assuming I was really cold, I could just put this in my sweater or you can even route it
09:07around the bed and put it like under the sheets on a really cold night.
09:10This thing is really awesome.
09:12And then it just tucks away just like that.
09:16I have another outlet here and then this bench pulls out into a second bed.
09:23So what you do is you just pull this out, fold down the legs and then move over these cushions.
09:29And then you have another twin XL bed down here where you can sleep another one or two people.
09:35And in that configuration, you can sleep like a bunk bed.
09:38So this bed, which we haven't gotten to yet, but it's an electric bed.
09:41You can lower this down about halfway or lower down low, get in and then raise yourself up about halfway.
09:47And then you have two little nooks that you can sleep in kind of like a bunk bed.
09:52Okay. And then on this side, this bench is full of our entire water system.
09:56We have 28 gallons of water here.
09:59We can also put another tank underneath to make it more water if you really need that.
10:03But 28 is usually enough for us.
10:05And then we also added this awesome TV nook, which we didn't have in the original, which is really just
10:10nice to have.
10:11It comes out, it swivels.
10:12You can watch it in the living room.
10:14You can watch it in the kitchen.
10:15You can bring the bed down and watch it while you're in bed.
10:18It's really, really fun to have instead of using our laptop like we usually did.
10:23And then we have a Bose sound bar down here.
10:25Nice shelf with an outlet so you can like charge all your stuff at night.
10:29We actually put a ton of things here at night.
10:32And on the other side here, we also have an HDMI cable that connects to the TV.
10:38So you can sit on this side, connect your computer and use that as a second monitor while you're working,
10:44which is really convenient.
10:45And we also added a little light switch here in the entrance that you can easily turn on and turn
10:50off the lights when you're getting in and out of the van.
10:52So you don't have to walk all the way to the control panel to turn it on because sometimes it's
10:56super dark and you literally just can't see your way.
10:58So that's very convenient.
11:00And it's also just one of the beautiful things about building the same van again and again, is that you
11:05get to think of all the little things that make the van better and change it and improve it with
11:10every single one.
11:10So we're really stoked that every van just gets so much better with time.
11:16Okay.
11:16And this is our electrical system.
11:19She's a little dusty right now.
11:20But as you can see, we try to keep everything as organized as possible and do everything on this top
11:25panel.
11:26And then this thing lifts up and exposes all the components underneath in case we need to reach those.
11:32We have a 3000 watt inverter here.
11:34We have our manager alpha, which is an awesome inverter charger that everything just goes into the solar, the DC
11:42to DC charging and the shore power.
11:45It all just goes through this red arc manager alpha.
11:47And then we also have our diesel heater in here as well.
11:51But yeah, everything we need to manage is up here.
11:54It also has fans that turn on and off depending on the temperature.
11:58Yes, this is in Celsius.
12:00It is extremely hot here, but those fans are running.
12:05And yeah, that's pretty much it.
12:06It's a full red arc system.
12:09We love red arc.
12:09They are built for the Australian Outback.
12:12So you know that these are like pure overlanding systems compared to some of the other ones, which are also
12:17great.
12:18But we just really, really trust red arc and they have great support.
12:22So we were very happy to go with them.
12:24And then the rest here, you can see just a bunch more storage in here.
12:28That's the living room.
12:29And what's really cool about this van is the living room is also our bedroom.
12:34We have an electric happy jack bed lift system.
12:37So the bed actually is right here and it's going to lower down.
12:41We're going to show you in a second.
12:42A lot of people ask about what the clearance is.
12:44And I'm the perfect measurement because I'm exactly 5'5".
12:48And I fit perfectly under the lowest point of the beams.
12:53This is the bed frame.
12:54It's an aluminum bed frame attached to these tracks.
12:58And we actually have solid walnut beams supporting the bed across.
13:03So the button is just right here.
13:05And it's really as simple as this.
13:08And that's it.
13:10No converting cushions.
13:12That was a big thing for us that we didn't want to have to convert the bed every single night.
13:17So this is incredible.
13:18And you're about to see, I just realized why we also like this system.
13:22We do not like making the bed.
13:24So we just put it up every morning and take it down every night.
13:28All right.
13:28So this is the bed in the fully lowered position.
13:31So obviously it's really easy to get on and off from here.
13:34But what's really cool about this bed is that you can stop it at any position.
13:39So a lot of times we don't lower it all the way.
13:41We just lower it to here because we know that's enough for us to just hop up.
13:46And there's also this step here.
13:49So a lot of times we leave it a little bit higher, sleep a little bit higher,
13:52just so that we don't have to organize underneath.
13:54We don't have to lower the table or take our computer off the table.
13:58We just keep it up a bit higher.
13:59But this is a fully lowered position.
14:01This is a queen size bed and it's really comfortable in a van to have a bed this big.
14:12And just for safety at night, it's also really nice that we can just open this door and go straight
14:17to the driving cab.
14:18If there's any security situation that we need to get to the cab and get out of there without exiting
14:23the van.
14:24So that's also a really nice positive of having the bed up here above us.
14:28We have a skylight with a bug screen.
14:31And I would say almost every single night, aside from last night, because again, it's 38 degrees Celsius here.
14:38We sleep with this guy open and you literally go to sleep looking at the stars.
14:42And it's like really, really incredible.
14:44You get that tent camping feel, but in the luxury of a really nice van.
14:50And when the bed is a little bit higher, we sometimes even climb out of here, like Adam was saying
14:55before about the rooftop deck,
14:58because it's big enough and it's really cool to just pop up to the roof if you want to.
15:04This morning we woke up to the most amazing sunrise.
15:08That's what's really incredible about having the bed with this beautiful, big open side view.
15:15I seriously can't imagine building a van without a happy jack system in it,
15:19because it saves so much space.
15:21You essentially get two versions of this six feet.
15:26And it's just an incredible system and a great, great use of space.
15:29It's super comfortable. We've never had it fail.
15:32That's a huge question we get.
15:34What happens if the happy jack fails?
15:36It has never failed for us or in one of our vans so far.
15:41And even if something were to happen, there is a manual crank as well.
15:45So you really can't get stuck up on this thing.
15:48I think people have claustrophobia and they're just nervous about that, but it's not possible.
15:54And another big question that people are afraid of is if you could get accidentally squished from above
16:00or if you're sitting below and it comes down and crushes you.
16:03Again, not possible.
16:04The only way for this bed to move is if that button is hit.
16:09And unless you have someone in the van that really doesn't like you, then I don't think that's going to
16:14happen.
16:15For setting up the second bed, all you have to do is lift this up, pull it out, flip down
16:20the legs.
16:21And then these cushions actually act as the rest of the bed.
16:24So it's really as easy as this.
16:28And you are all set up, ready to go.
16:31So you can see for size, it's really nice.
16:36You can sleep two people here or definitely two kids for sure.
16:39No problem.
16:41But if you can get nice and cozy and cuddly with someone, then you can fit two people up there.
16:49And now Eden is just going to lower the bed just to show you that there is enough room.
16:56So when you do this set up, usually the people get up onto the main bed.
17:01The person that's sleeping down there will raise it up a little bit and then they can get in bed.
17:06And it's just, it's enough room for sure.
17:09It's a little bit tight bunk beds, but you can absolutely have enough space.
17:13All right. Now we're going to move into the kitchen.
17:15We have a nice spacious kitchen in here in the middle section of the van.
17:18On this side, we actually started putting a floor to ceiling fridge.
17:22So there is a ton of room in this.
17:25I don't know if you can see how much food we have in here, but it's a really, really nice
17:29fridge with a freezer space.
17:32And then right above that is the control panel where we have the red arc that controls everything in the
17:37van.
17:38You can also connect to it from your phone.
17:40And I think now they're also coming out with like a touch screen, nice, nice display.
17:44So that's really fun.
17:46It's really easy to use.
17:47And you can just control literally every single thing in the van from this.
17:50We also have our heater diesel heater.
17:53It's an S bar heater, the bed lift button, as we said before.
17:56And then this is the water heater on a timer so that you never forget your water heater on.
18:03Continuing with the kitchen.
18:05So we have this countertop space, the nice big sink, soap, sink, filtered water, all that stuff.
18:14We also added a window here, which we really, really love because it brings a lot more light into the
18:19space.
18:20An espresso machine, of course, with an outlet here.
18:23And then here in the uppers, we have a microwave or you can also put like a like a oven
18:29in here and then just more storage up above.
18:34Also, this window has its own blackout blinds like in the rest of the van.
18:39Then there's just a ton of storage.
18:41Our induction stovetop sits here.
18:43You can pull it out.
18:44You can use it here.
18:45You can use it on any of the outdoor tables and then just really big storage drawers all the way
18:52down.
18:53The tons of room for everything you need, as well as this little pantry space that we use for a
19:01trash.
19:02Sorry for a lot of trash in there.
19:04And a little wine bottle holder.
19:08We've updated this.
19:09We've added like another storage area down here and then put wine bottle storage down here.
19:15So you can store like two to three bottles, which is really nice.
19:18And then some more random storage down here.
19:22On the other side, we have our wardrobe.
19:24This is a floor to ceiling wardrobe.
19:26This thing is massive.
19:28Like we have trouble filling it up fully as you'll be able to see.
19:31It has really big drawers.
19:33This one's like half empty.
19:36Look at that.
19:37Look at how much space.
19:38It's like really a bit excessive to be honest, but it's really nice to be able to just take whatever
19:44you want with you.
19:46Drawers in the bottom and then hanging space up above.
19:51We hate like folding shirts and stuff.
19:54So I don't know.
19:56I just can't like fold every single shirt.
19:58I love just getting it hung and Nicole as well.
20:01And then one more thing that we have in here is this really awesome feature that we love, which is
20:06a laundry shoot.
20:07Now you just take all your dirty laundry, chuck it back there and it goes into a laundry hamper that's
20:13in the garage.
20:13So really simple thing, but it's like really, really nice to have.
20:18Like we use it all the time.
20:19It's got a built in magnet that is like inset inside of here.
20:22So you don't even see it.
20:23So just closes itself, which is really, really nice.
20:27We also have this return feature on both sides, which the light from inside shines through.
20:34We did it with like two layers so that you can't like fully see what's inside of there, but the
20:38light still does shine through.
20:40And lastly here in the kitchen is the AC.
20:43It's a Dometic RTX 2000.
20:45It's a really nice 12 volt does the job.
20:48We also do cruising comfort ACs.
20:50If you are planning on traveling in really hot places, it is nice to have.
20:54Also forgot to mention that there's four zones of lighting here that is controlled through the red vision.
20:59So you have toe kick lighting, ambient lighting, all the kitchen and bathroom lighting, and then all the bedroom living
21:06room lighting.
21:07So it's four different zones.
21:08You can control them.
21:08They can be dimmable as well.
21:10It's very easy to like create whatever kind of atmosphere you want inside of the van with all the different
21:14lighting options.
21:15Let's move into the bathroom.
21:16Moving on to, I think the most epic space in the van is our rear bathroom and a huge one
21:24at that.
21:24So I think something that people find really interesting and love about this layout is that our bathroom is placed
21:31in the back.
21:31And what's really nice is when you're like super dirty from a hike or surfing or whatever, you can just
21:36get in the van through the back door instead of having a shower that's in the van.
21:40And you have to track all of that mud or salt water into the van.
21:44You can just get in here from the back doors, rinse off, kind of use it as a wet room
21:48and then continue into the rest of your van.
21:51So what we got going on in this bathroom, we have a vanity.
21:54So we have a mirror here, opens up and you can have all your products, all my little products I
22:01bring with me here.
22:03This has its own lighting as well at night.
22:05So you can't see it so much now, but at night it's really nice, creates a really nice glow.
22:09We have a custom micro cement slot sink.
22:14This is a little bit funny because I really wanted this in the van and we could not find anything
22:19to fit or work for a van.
22:22So we decided let's just build it.
22:24And now it's a really staple feature of the bathroom and it's super comfortable.
22:28We have a lot of storage so you can really fill up all your toiletries and having this vanity and
22:34second sink really makes life on the road just so comfortable.
22:37You feel like you have space to get ready in the morning and you're not going through drawers in your
22:42kitchen to find your toothbrush and your hairbrush.
22:45And something really incredible that we have going on here is the infinity shower.
22:50So it's a recirculating shower, uses one gallon of water and you can shower as long as you want.
22:56You can shower for five minutes, you can shower for 30 minutes, you can shower for an hour.
23:00And that just changes the game in terms of how comfortable van life really is.
23:05You feel like you're in a house and you just don't really think twice about taking a shower or wasting
23:09water.
23:10We're standing on top of a full aluminum shower pan.
23:14And under here we have our water fill, which is really nice that it's placed conveniently over this shower pan.
23:21So if any water does leak, all good. You're anyways in the shower pan.
23:25And we also have the max air fan here, which again, very conveniently placed because if we're showering and there's
23:32humidity,
23:32you shut this door, turn on the fan and you're all good to go.
23:39And we have our toilet right here. So we have this door.
23:44All you have to do is pull out this toilet on sliders and boom, you're good to go.
23:49And this is a Leveo dry flush toilet. So comfortable.
23:54I don't know if you want to just come in to see how it works a bit.
23:56If you haven't seen one of these before, all you have to do is put in cartridges.
24:01And as you go, when you hit flush, it actually vacuum seals your use down until you've used all of
24:08the cartridges.
24:08And then all you have to do, lift this up, take out the cartridges as a whole and throw them
24:13in the trash.
24:14It's the most hands off process for having a toilet in a van and no shade to people who love
24:19their compost toilets or any other setup.
24:22But I just really like to be super, super comfortable. And this is the most comfortable setup for us.
24:28What's really nice also is the fact that this toilet is stored in the garage.
24:32If anything were to go wrong with it and there was smells or whatnot, it is stored away in a
24:38separate space.
24:38And also just in the day to day. Imagine if this toilet was here, right?
24:43We'd have so much less space in the bathroom.
24:44So the fact that it's pushed away and not in your day to day use, you get a huge, comfortable
24:50bathroom and a huge, comfortable shower.
24:52Honestly, like a two person shower.
24:54And then I know I shut the door before, but this is a frosted glass door.
24:59Again, just picking kind of things that make us feel like we're in a house rather than a van.
25:03And then lastly, when you do turn on the shower, this door shuts and you open up this curtain just
25:10to protect the vanity and the wood.
25:17It just goes around on a track that's on the ceiling.
25:21You cover the vanity.
25:23You can obviously, if you're in a beautiful place, why not shower with an amazing view, which is what we
25:29normally do.
25:29Or if you need to shower in complete private, the doors can be shut and you can shut this curtain.
25:36There's just a breeze. So it's pulling the curtain, but you would shut this curtain and you have this whole
25:41space in here.
25:42And then the last space of the van is our garage.
25:45So one of the coolest features is the laundry chute, laundry hamper, which we showed you from the other side.
25:53So this is the little pocket door that swings out and you can drop clothes in.
25:57This laundry basket is removable, so it's no big deal to take it out and take it to a laundromat,
26:01which is really comfortable for van life.
26:03And then you have this adaptable space.
26:06We have removable shelving.
26:08So depending on what kind of trip we're doing or what someone needs, they can use the space as they
26:14want or it just acts as open storage space.
26:18The garage also has its own light, which is really comfortable in the evening when you don't have much light
26:24back there.
26:25And then we have a pull out table here, which is really nice.
26:29You can do some extra cooking or whatever you need to do out here and inside some more storage.
26:37We have an outlet in the garage as well, which is super nice.
26:41If you want to charge, I don't know, you have a one wheel, you have something that needs to be
26:45charged.
26:46You can plug it in here and leave it there overnight.
26:49And then we also have these L tracks, which are modular, so you can hang whatever you might need here,
26:54helmets or climbing ropes.
26:57When we built this van for the first time back in 2023, it was our first van build.
27:04It took us about four months of literally working probably 14 hour days straight.
27:11I don't think we took, I think we took it like one or two days off in the whole four
27:14month period.
27:15But I just can't believe that now looking back on it almost four years, no, three years ago,
27:21that we are in a position that we are in now where we have partners where we get to build
27:27these vans and we get to bring them to the world.
27:30We're now on the seventh concrete oasis and they just keep getting better and better.
27:38And we keep finding ways to innovate and make the experience even more enjoyable.
27:43And our team at Sandy Vans has just been absolutely incredible to work with.
27:48And the builders, honestly, compared to what we can do, they outshine us a thousand percent.
27:55And we just want to thank you, Patrick, so much for having us on the show again.
27:59We really appreciate it.
28:00And if you guys like this van, the concrete oasis, you can check out our website.
