00:09up here in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York. Today I'm going to meet up with Oliver with
00:14Brooklyn Camper Vans. He has three vans that are almost done. He's going to give a tour of each
00:19one of them inside and out and we were going to film outside but it snowed and we got more
00:25snow
00:25coming. So he just pulled them all inside and we're going to go meet up with them. So join us
00:30for the tour.
00:44Hi Patrick, welcome back to the shop. As you can see outside it's a little nasty so we're actually
00:49going to just get this video inside the shop. This is a great generation. We have the three new
00:55generation 19 of our new builds. They are all based on the Mercedes Printer 170 non-extended chassis.
01:03Two of them in the front are the 3500 version so dually and this one behind me is the regular
01:09single wheel in the back 2500. Let's start with this one because this is really cool. So the first
01:14thing that we actually start adding new options for the vehicles it's the color. So from the factory
01:19glossy deep blue such a beautiful rich color and then what we do we actually offer the PPF
01:27protection film. This is stealth. It's expel stealth color. So what it does it basically just takes
01:33the original color vehicle and made it satin instead of glossy and it does a lot of other things. So
01:39the
01:39first thing is a full paint protection film. So the protection part of it it's actually thicker than
01:45the vinyl. So it truly protects the paint underneath it and then really cool part of it it's self-healing.
01:50So I know it sounds like a futuristic term but self-healing all it does is if you get a
01:55scratch
01:55so let's say that you go onto a trail and you actually truly use the 4x4 capability of these vehicles
02:00you get branches and scratches and everything else. This the next day under the sun those scratches will
02:06start basically fading away because just the memory on the material just goes back to where it was.
02:11Yeah it's a really cool feature full 360 wrapped and then come inside because this vehicle is actually
02:18really cool. So the client wanted a little bit more open space spar less accessories and just more
02:26be on the road. So the first thing that you notice is like no shower in this version and then
02:31another
02:31big thing is like the layout. So the layout is similar to the one that we did before but the
02:36big part of
02:37it is the bed in the back. So this is actually a longitudinal way of sleeping. There's so many
02:44terms but basically you sleep front to back. It's a trifold mattress and basically it takes advantage of
02:50your living space. So it takes over. So simply you put the wood platform here
02:59and then you do take the mattress and it goes. So this is more than six feet longitudinal which is
03:08perfect. Our client is tall and this does a couple of things. The first thing is if you have two
03:13people
03:13they don't have to be on top of each other to get off the bed and then it just gives
03:18you plenty of space
03:19without having the bump outs on the outside. And then when you're done you basically just like
03:23we fold it up, pull it out of the way and then the platform can either go under the mattress
03:30or
03:31under the fold and it's a really cool way. And then let's talk about a little bit of the second
03:39fold. So the mattress actually when it's in the other version it still folds up as a futon almost
03:44like a lounge bed mattress. So you still get that nice feel. So you can still watch a movie,
03:50have another place to chill in the back. A couple of things in the galley. This is 170 so you
03:56get a
03:56nice long split galley. Didn't want a stove embedded into the layout. So it's really nice. It's just really
04:04simple this bed which we really like. And then in this specific version we extended the sink cabinets
04:09to make it accommodate basically the mattress in the folds. And we shifted all the design of the water
04:16a little bit more for a head. A couple of little things. It doesn't have a shower so it doesn't
04:22have
04:22a specific space for the toilet. What we do we actually have a wrap-on Sunny. They are portable so
04:28it's
04:29simply as just like take it out when you want to use it. You have a little carry bag. So
04:34in theory you can
04:35take it anywhere you want. And then they're really simple. They actually fold. It's clean so we'll put
04:41it on the countertop. They're really nice. They're actually just like dry flush single use. So you can
04:48actually use it as a specific like weekend warrior. So you just use the two days and then you just
04:52put
04:53it back in to you know the closet or any space you usually carry there. And the beautiful part is
04:59it
05:00doesn't hold the waste inside the toilet. So it's just like a simple. When you're done with it you
05:05just like fold it. And then you fold a little tray. Yep. And it becomes super tiny. It's almost like
05:15a
05:15little backpack and it has this little carrying case. And then when you don't want to use it you
05:18just put it back in. And then it just you know hides away. A couple of other things while we're
05:26here we have our Bosch 2.5 gallon hot water heater based on the 110. It just makes it so
05:34much easier
05:35and faster to just heat up the water. And then in this specific layout no cabinets over the bed
05:41because we're sleeping front to back so we don't want to hit our head. And then you have the larger
05:45upper cab which actually has the microwave, your control system, gray water heater open and close
05:52and also gray water heat so you can actually have a full four season vehicle. So the gray water it's
05:58bolting on the outside so it stays above freezing temperature. And then the continuation. Let me
06:04close these so I can walk towards you guys. And then the rest of the cabinets are actually half
06:09decked. So because we do have a dinette in the front of the van we want to show that the
06:13clients don't
06:14smack their head all the time but plant your space. So yeah nice and clean. They're all we really like
06:22when we have black cabinets because it makes it look slick and then all simple push. This vehicle
06:30has the front window because it's a front dinette it's kind of nice to have the space in the front
06:36and the light. Really interesting color that the client choose. Kind of matches the outside you know
06:42lighter blue inside darker blue on the outside. And then one big thing in the front area is the
06:49shellman seats. These are the F Klima. So they are slightly different than the regular Klima because they
06:55can heat and cool at the same time. Perfect for the summer. Long road trips. You just don't have that
07:03sticky back. And they are the tall version. So the tall part of these seats is actually the top part.
07:09So tall people have full protection and support when you go for a long road trip. And also it's really
07:17cool to have tons of adjustments. Lumber extends the bottom. The bolster becomes tighter. Yeah all in
07:23really cool seats. And then above it's the headliner shelf which we always think is one of the best
07:31options. Because you can actually store all your blinds and everything. Any longer item awkward size
07:36that's the perfect space. And then table it's on a little track so you can actually move it forward
07:43and backward. And if you actually want to remove it it's fully removable. So detach from the table
07:49you'll fold a lag and then that's how you take it away. And then the last thing about this van
07:56which we really love finishing touches. So these are full slatted ceilings. We use clear pine. Really
08:05nice warm tone. And then we hide all the hardware. So the intention is to make it look almost like
08:10a
08:11sailboat. So fully clean. Long. These are almost 13 foot length slats. And then towards the end you can
08:20actually see the new AC that we start using. So that's a Velit 3000. It's a 40 volt system so
08:27it's
08:27natively part of the EcoFlow system. And then you know split galley. In the back you have three drawers.
08:34The beautiful part of the three drawers is they are they have mag latch in the back. So they
08:40automatically shut as soon as you turn on the vehicle. And the nice thing you still actually hold
08:46the soft closing features of all the cabinets. You have a little pantry in the middle. It could be
08:51anything. Some clients put trash cans at the bottom and different appliances. Things on the top. And
08:57then this is the Dometic. This is the 80 liter. And then the client wanted the simplest one. So he
09:05didn't want a freezer. But you can always actually add another shelf inside to make it a freezer. And
09:10this seat it's on a swivel base also. So it's really nice. We use JMG. Really cool company. They make
09:18fully stress tested and pool tested mounting for the seats. So they're DOT approved. And a couple of
09:26things about the system. This has a 10 kilowatt EcoFlow system. If you're familiar with us we've been
09:32using EcoFlow for quite a long time. They're just such a bulletproof systems. And then Webasto. This has
09:39an EVO 40 which is the high altitude diesel version. And then you know all the switches and control in
09:44each and every compartment. And of course you have power to the front to the dinette and everything
09:49else. Really interesting flooring that the client chooses. It's really cool. It looks like pebbles
09:55almost. And then yeah simple aluminum trims. Client wants to take this off-road. So he wanted
10:01more protection for the bottom of the van. So instead of doing the AMP slide out step aboard we
10:08actually decided to do with the flat line vanco bull bar. It's not bull bar. It's actually like a rock
10:15slider. And then to finish top you have the Fiamma F45 awning. These are the longer version of course
10:23because of the 170. And it's actually attached on Unaka roof rack. If you're familiar with them they do
10:30really cool roof racks. Simple roof racks. And with us they actually start customizing different fronts for
10:36different applications that we use. Vehicle has a 30 amp plug on the outside. Simple. Connect and done.
10:43And then let's go towards the back. So really simple modern clean garage.
10:51Let's turn on the light. So this is the water systems. The client will choose where he wants
10:56the attachment for the outdoor shower. The outdoor shower is here. And then 40 gallon water tanks
11:02with winterizer and everything that a typical RV has. So you can still take advantage of RV centers to
11:09get them fully winterized. And then you can see the end of the mattress. This actually flips up. So it
11:16can become actually a lounge part of it. And then on the other side is our electrical system. Two batteries
11:22five kilowatt each. And then the full breaker box. And then the whole brain which is the power hub
11:29from the EcoFlow. And then you know little controllers here and there. And then all the awning accessories
11:36are there. That's pretty much it for this one. Let's go to the second one. So the other two vehicles
11:41in
11:41the front they are our elevate layout. It's really cool because you can see how two different clients
11:47take them in two different worlds. The first one is this one. Come inside. It's actually really cool
11:53inside. So the the vibe and the look is a sophisticated modern interior. It's all maple and
12:03white cabinetry. So really spacious and nice. Chassis 3500 as we said before. The couple of things that you
12:11can see from the entering the van is of course the Bobasto heater. It's actually here. So under the seat.
12:17But then we plummet to go all the way there. And we have our outdoor table. We love these because
12:24this is kind of the best companion when you're outside. You have the grill. You're cooking. Or you have
12:28friends sitting outside. This is where you put your food and drinks and stuff. A&P step aboard because
12:35these vans are all-wheel drive. You can see they're nice and dirty because we are lucky in New York.
12:40We're
12:40full of potholes. So it's the best place to actually test drive a vehicle. If anything rattles it will
12:45rattle in New York. Maple. All maple cabinetry trims. Really cool. We have so many good woodworkers
12:53at the shop. This is a great anchoring point when you want to actually enter the van so you don't
12:57have to hold on to cushions and everything else. And then this is the elevator layout. So full bed
13:03platform on the back. Oh sorry. On the top. It is based on a happy jack systems. What we do
13:10it's a mix
13:10between aluminum and wood. So all these cross beams and all the frame around it's all aluminum
13:18that has been wrapped in maple. Basically vinyl. So it makes it look like maple. And then pre-finished
13:25maple ply on the top of the back platform. Let's talk about layout. So really nice. Spacious. You
13:36can definitely have five or six people eating here. The table swivels around. You have full access to
13:42the storage bench on this side. Which in this version we actually split it in two. Which makes
13:48it a lot easier to access anything you want. So you have a bunch of different window blinds. These are
13:54actually the slats that makes this bottom dinette and bench system into a secondary bed. The
14:01you have some other accessories in the back. So you can see the Starlink. You also have the
14:07WeBoost. Brain. Because we have so many accessories that we need to split them in between benches. So
14:13you don't overheat each and every bench with so many accessories. And then let me open the second one.
14:19Also everything has soft closing. So you don't slam your fingers in it.
14:27Okay. This is where the brain is. Let me move some of these cushions. Because we have so many
14:34things in these bins. So this is the brain of the entire. So big 15 kilowatt systems. The eco full
14:44power
14:44hub. And of course the basically the breaker box. Because the space it's a little contained
14:51and crammed in this vehicle. There is a forced cold air induction in these cabinets to you know
14:58do not get all the electronics overheating. And then it still is as simple as plug and play or remove
15:05batteries if you need to you know replace or service anything related to the electrical systems.
15:12What else? Let me talk a little bit about the design of this vehicle. So Maple is the Voodoo choice
15:20in this vehicle.
15:22Full separation wall. Fully insulated. And it has also the Maple feature that comes back. Fully openable.
15:30Locks on both ways. We have a lot of clients from a lot of different walks of life that have
15:37different
15:37needs. Some clients have really large dogs which is kind of great. They usually put this backing
15:43bench mode. They remove the backing of the couch and then they have their dog actually be able to be
15:49with them. And they can actually see his owners between the the pocket door when it's open. Let's talk a
15:58little bit about the layout and the galley. So let me just put this cushion back so you guys can
16:04see this.
16:08One and two. Okay so let's start from this. So because it's an elevate layout you always want full access
16:17to your
16:18control system whether the bed is up or down. So we designed everything to be central. The top part is
16:24your
16:24under mount AC systems. On the right side this is actually your heater diesel based. This is something really
16:31simple but really helpful. We 3d print the little housing for the thermostat so it actually truly gets a
16:37reading of the space. And then the two monitors towards the bottom are the ecoflow. So you can see the
16:43ecoflow system.
16:44How many batteries they have. What percentage they have. How long they're going to last.
16:48And then at the bottom is our CCTV system. So all four corners. This one that you can barely see
16:54it's because when the
16:55door is open the door blocks one of the cameras. But 99% of the time that door is closed
17:01when you want to see what's going on
17:02outside. So there's no issues in that. And then coming slowly back it's split galley in this version as well.
17:10So you have your cooking part of the galley which has an induction burner. We flush mount everything
17:15to just make it look so much more easier and cleaner design. And then to the top is our typical
17:22microwave
17:24cabinets. It's kind of funny we got so many comments on these retro style microwaves. And then a couple of
17:31more items inside this hidden compartment. So this is where we hide some of the electronics and things
17:36that only the clients know for safety. Here you can actually see one of the vents. The really cool thing
17:43about the undermount AC systems is that you can actually plumb them. So you have actually four different
17:50vents. So you have this one, one on the bottom there, one in the kitchen and one in the shower.
17:56And the beautiful part of it is they can move a lot of air which makes the AC a lot
18:00more faster and
18:01efficient. So whether the bed is up and down like the whole air gets nice and comfortable during the
18:08summer. And then on this side on the other side of the galley is what we call the wet side.
18:13So it's like
18:13plumbing and water it's all separated from the electrical. We always want to split those.
18:19So vehicle has 40 gallon water tanks which is basically our standard. It's actually under this
18:24bench. And everything that we do is always accessible so you can actually see the full tank
18:30with water pump and everything. And then you have access ports to the tank so in case you want to
18:35clean them or do any service on the tanks you can fully remove them. Makes it all easier and serviceable.
18:41And then right here you have a bunch of drawers, same system. So they have the little mag latch in
18:47the back. This is where all the client's accessories are. All four of them are soft closing. Then you have
18:53a skinny pantry similar to other layouts. And then in the back here you actually have your hot water heater,
19:01same Bosch 2.5 hot water heater. And then you see also the mag latch aluminum, sorry steel plates. So
19:09those
19:09actually fully lock as soon as your vehicle starts. And then under the stove you have full storage. So this
19:17is basically a full empty cabinet. Tons of storage. You can hide things underneath it. And then you know
19:22appliances, hot pot, anything that you want to use. And then moving up on this side you have two other
19:29upper cabinets. These are a little skinnier so you don't feel too occluded or it doesn't feel too tight.
19:35And little lips. These are perfect for pantry. A lot of people use them for pantry dry goods.
19:41This is our secondary fuse box because we have so many accessories in this vehicle
19:45that we kind of need a secondary one. Same smart fuse box so it will always light up if one
19:51of the items
19:51are in need of a change of a fuse box. And then the control system, if you guys are familiar,
19:57this is
19:58pretty much the same layout as the other van, which makes it easier for the clients. You know, gray water
20:03release, gray water heat, and then an extra USB here in case you want to charge anything. And then right
20:08behind me is where the fridge unit exists. So on the top you have a bunch of different smaller, narrow
20:18but
20:18really deep shelf. A lot of clients use these actually for clothes. So they put all the clothes in here,
20:24uh, same maglash system. And then underneath it, you have the, um, 110, uh, liter fridge. So we always
20:33use Dometic. They're just great. They're waterproof. They runs all the time. And then you have the freezer
20:37onto the top. Okay. So underneath the fridge, you have a little compartment because vans are small and we
20:45want to use each and every single space in the van. And you can actually see this really cool flooring.
20:51The other client chooses it's got really industrial feel, almost like concrete flooring.
20:55And then the whole underglow lighting, which is RGB. You can change all the colors and it's kind of the
21:01perfect lighting for like movies and relaxed nights. Right behind this door is the shower. So come in the
21:07back and I'll show you. All right. So welcome to the biggest bathroom in all the layouts. So Elevate
21:14has a massive bathroom, uh, full Nebbia showerhead amazing. Cause they use a lot less water. Uh,
21:21the whole bathroom is of course, waterproof. Once you close your shower door, this is fully enclosed.
21:27You can actually close or open the shower. If you're out in nature, you can keep the door opens in
21:32the
21:32back. And then right here is the toilet. So you just open it. And in this layout specifically,
21:37this is the laveo. So you just open the two really heavy duty sliders and this is the whole toilet.
21:45So dry flush. These are brand new. Um, these contains all the waste in it. So then every 20 uses,
21:52you just dump the whole trash bag inside and you can actually store a bunch of stuff in there.
22:01And then really cool in these layouts, you can actually choose the tiles for your custom shower
22:06pants. So this is really cool. It's almost like green marble and mirrors. And then we do an Evernight
22:13trim all around to make it fully waterproof. These are our new little fill bags. There's so many
22:19accessories that goes with the van. So each and every client gets their goodie bag. The concept is you can
22:24actually pick up the van from us and go camping that night. So all the accessories, water, water
22:29filtration, uh, extension cords and everything is part of it. And then a little simple curtain when
22:35you want to shower. Let me see if I can actually open it. And then, uh, same concept. When we
22:42build a
22:43design thing, we want to make sure that everything is washable, serviceable and everything. So the whole
22:47shower is actually clipped on stainless steel boat style, uh, clip-ons. So one, you want to remove it and
22:54wash it. You can actually make it without having it, um, fully, it has to be fully serviceable. And then
23:01a couple more things, uh, the mixer fan in these layouts, it's all the way in the back. It's split
23:06between the galley and the shower. So you can actually get both. So when you're cooking the air, the, you
23:12know, the smell of the food can go out and same when you shower, the whole steam goes out of
23:17the van.
23:18And then in these layout, the garages or the back of the vans are split in half. So this is
23:23your garage. This is all on Pelican, um, hexagon ply. So it's like fully, uh, scratch resistance.
23:30And then underneath it, behind this grill is actually the, uh, condenser of the undermounted
23:37seat. We wanted to make it fully enclosed because it has two fans inside. We want to show that nothing
23:42goes through that system. Uh, and then in the back 99% of these elevate layout don't get windows
23:49because for privacy and everything else is kind of nice. So we actually regain storage with these,
23:55um, panels. So it just tons of pockets, top and bottom storage on both doors. And, um,
24:02um, let's talk a little bit about the outside of the van. Uh, same roof rack. We use Unaka on
24:08all these
24:09vehicles. Uh, same Fiamma. So F45. We are a true believer to stay with the manual awnings
24:15because they are just reliable. So they always turn, you can always open them and close them.
24:20And then you can see our custom Unaka roof rack with the diode dynamic, uh, light. So those are the
24:27eight pods. Those are amazing. Those are actually RGB. So you can change all the colors for your DRL
24:32lights. And then this, uh, specific setup has the flood and beam setup. So it actually gets a really broad
24:40light, uh, when you get to camp, kind of perfect. And then down the, down the road, a couple more
24:47things.
24:48We are in the elevate layout. So I might just like talk about life when this bed goes down, but
24:56no,
24:56jokes aside, a really cool thing about the layout is that you have the full size bed. So it's front
25:05to
25:05back in the, uh, elevate layout and it's just massive. There's something about psychologically.
25:11And when we talk about these vans that you started talking in house terms, it's kind of funny. You're
25:16downstairs, you finished dinner. Hey, let's go to bed. Let's go in the bedroom. So, and then you just
25:20create the whole bedroom. Um, clients decided to, um, put wallpapers in the bedroom. It's a really nice,
25:27fun way to make it feel the space completely different than the van. So when the bed is up,
25:32you don't really see it when the bed is down. It's really like a different unique rooms, uh,
25:37full skylight. These are boat hatches, which we keep, uh, using because they're amazing. They slide
25:44instead of swinging up. So if there's any, uh, wind that gets caught through the night, this will never
25:49break. And then you have full blinds, uh, set up on one side and then Patrick's arms are not long
25:56enough.
25:56So I will show you that the other one fully mosquito nets. You have a light that goes all
26:03around for the bedroom and then still maintaining the storage from the, um, headliner shelf. So
26:10pillow blankets, small things can actually fit in there and you still have access to your USB
26:16charger and everything else in the bedroom. So that's pretty much it. I will meet you in the other van.
26:28I'm slowly running out of breath in this video. Okay. Last van. So if you're still watching,
26:34congrats, we're going to watch the last, take a look at the last vehicle. This is really cool. So same
26:41layout, same platform. Uh, this is a white van. This is the main reason why we always love to, uh,
26:48offer vehicle wrap because the reality is it's a lot harder to find really cool colors on Mercedes
26:53printers sometimes. So getting a white one, maybe you've seen in previous, uh, videos,
26:58we fully wrapped them. So you can choose any color that you want. You can put PPF, you can do
27:03anything
27:04that your mind can imagine. So a couple of similarities, of course, in the layout, same table
27:09that slides all the way out. Um, features in this van, it's inspired by a previous client vehicle.
27:17So this is basically a white on white with walnut accent. So we use limewash. Uh, this is Finca white.
27:24So it's like slightly off white. It makes it feel roomy, super spacious, uh, same concept because we
27:31make the aluminum frames for the bed. We can choose any color that we like. So instead of being wrapped,
27:37this has been fully powder coated. Uh, so just, I mean, it feels so spacious. So,
27:43so bright. Also a couple of more things. There's like accent lights everywhere. Um,
27:50so let's start from the bottom up. Uh, this is really cool Chevron style flooring. So the way that
27:56we installed, we always try to have the line straight up in the middle. So it makes the van
28:01flow in that direction because these vans are nice and long and then upholstery. This was really cool.
28:07Um, it has a little bit of brown and warmth that kind of calls back the walnut from the trims.
28:14And then at the same time is super durable, super high resistance. So these are actually the perfect
28:19fabrics for, uh, pet owners and they're easy to clean. Uh, windows, of course, in this layout,
28:26similar to the other ones, couple small, different features. So the walls, uh, have bigger radius in the
28:33openings makes it look more, a little bit more like a Greek villa. I could almost say, um, really nice.
28:39You can separate the cab from the living space, especially because they're fully insulated.
28:44These separation walls, it makes it a lot more efficient with AC and everything else. And then
28:50split galley, of course, exactly the same layout, but we're playing on textures and smaller details.
28:57So everything is white, but you have these composite, um, Durasane countertop with a marble effect,
29:05uh, countersunk, of course, um, induction stove on this side, and then same AC systems with
29:14the retro style microwave that everybody loves. And then, um, yeah, really cool. You can see it with
29:20the, with the overhanging light on the upper cabinet, you can see all the textures of the wall. It makes
29:25it
29:26look really nice and clean. A couple of things. Maybe you'll notice these little green, uh, click-ons.
29:32Two of them are actually on your left. So this is the way that we do projector.
29:38So you can actually just fully watch a movie here, sitting down. They are really cool, simple
29:45anchoring system. So they actually remove, and then you can actually have it here.
29:51So all you do is just like line it up if I can, and then you have another moving night
29:59here if you
29:59have more people. And then the nice part is there's a second one on the bedroom. So when the bedroom
30:04goes
30:04down, you have a full setup on the top. Um, a couple more things, same 110 liter Dometic, tons of
30:13storage
30:14everywhere. Shower. And then tiles, you know, penny tiles is kind of the best because we custom made
30:22these shower pans in-house and you can choose all the styles. And then, uh,
30:33as you can see through the vans, uh, white on white and the accent in this vehicle is basically this
30:39brass look. So brass, uh, brushed brass, uh, shower head, of course the faucet, all the handles.
30:47Um, yeah. And then the walnut, it's just the warmth white. Uh, let me show you, uh, the bed,
30:56of course. So the buttons and controller, they're always under here. So it makes it look nice and
31:01clean. And I'm going to jump on this one because the ladder is outside of the van, but I am
31:08athletic.
31:09Sometimes I hope so. So yeah, we love these layouts. These layouts are the perfect layouts for two
31:15people traveling and they want, uh, the biggest amount of space possible. So a couple of things.
31:23We have this big skylight, the sole news, so they have the wrap on. Uh, this is really cool. Uh,
31:30this
31:30van, you can actually go up top and it has, uh, all the solar panels. The other one actually has
31:35all the
31:36roof deck. So you can actually fully walk on the other one. Uh, really cool. When you turn on the
31:41light, you can actually see all the texture of the wall. Yeah. It literally looks like you're in a
31:46Roman villa. Uh, same fully blind. So if you want to stay in bed a little longer and the sun
31:52is creeping
31:53on you, you can actually still sleep. Uh, storage in the back, full size bed. Yeah. These are absolutely
32:01great. Uh, this van is actually a spec van. So this is for sale. So if you're interested in this

32:12then same
32:12conversation that we're having before, all the control centers are accessible, whether the bed is
32:17up or down. So CCTV system in this one, uh, you know, same eco flow. This one exactly has 10
32:24kilowatt
32:24and then undermount. I see heater and then the thermostat and oh yeah, here is actually the second.
32:32I mean, it's flipped towards me, but you can actually just watch a moving bed and it's pretty cool.
32:38And that's, there's a treat though to see three vans almost done here in your shop, uh, to the same
32:47floor plan, but different decor. And that's really what it comes down to. It's not always just the
32:53features of the van and the layout, but it's decor. Decor is very important to people when they're
33:00having a custom van built. I'll make sure I put a link in the description so our viewers can click

33:13what's the process? So the process is pretty straightforward. We have a bill schedule or
33:19generations, we call them. So you basically reach out to us, you can put down a deposit for the bill
33:24slots and that gets your build, uh, booked. And then from them, you can come in, we do a full
33:30design
33:31sessions and accessories. Of course we have a van builder on the website, so you can actually already
33:36go on the website to just price out your vehicle. And then, uh, 14 weeks after that, you get your
33:42brand new van and it's really nice. If you're in New York city, you can come to the shop. We
33:46have a
33:47full design part of the office that you can see all the accessories and you know, the vans in real
33:52time, which makes it a lot more sense. And you're a very community-based van builder. You do local
33:58events here at least once a quarter. You have a block party. Oh yeah. It gets people out. A lot
34:03of like-minded
34:04individuals come out and talk about, talk vans, camping and travel and lifestyle. So I'm happy
