00:27I'll see you next time.
00:42Crocodile Lou was scaly and green, with rows of sharp teeth that made her look mean.
00:51Whenever she smiled, all the animals hid.
00:55You look a bit scary, said a monkey called Sid.
00:59What a to-do! She was really quite nice, but the sight of her teeth would frighten the mice.
01:07She even scared Lion, who was usually brave.
01:14And the bear was so worried, he stayed in his cave.
01:18Poor Lou was sad, but what could she do?
01:21She went for a walk and met a gnu.
01:25Politely, she smiled.
01:27The gnu just stared.
01:30His knees started knocking, and he begged to be spared.
01:34A few moments later, during her walk, she met a green parrot, who enjoyed a good talk.
01:41But one smile from Lou made his feathers drop out.
01:45He was ever so frightened, of that there's no doubt.
01:51Next, she met Snake beneath a big tree.
01:54She stopped for a chat.
01:55He was drinking some tea.
01:57She asked him politely,
01:59Please, may I join you?
02:01He said, But of course.
02:03Is it one lump or two?
02:05They talked for a while, and ate strawberry cake.
02:10She told him her name.
02:12He said, My name is Jake.
02:14She couldn't believe it.
02:16He didn't seem scared.
02:18They carried on chatting.
02:20Some cookies were shared.
02:23After they talked for an hour or two, Jake showed her his card, saying,
02:28This is for you.
02:30Oh, what is this?
02:32Said Lou in surprise.
02:34And then when she read it, tears welled in her eyes.
02:40Can it be true?
02:42Said Lou to the snake.
02:45You're in motion pictures.
02:48It's not a mistake?
02:50Indeed it is true, answered young Jake.
02:54And a star of you I will certainly make.
02:59A movie was made in a week and a bit.
03:02It featured a thing whose name was just it.
03:07But Lou played this thing, which came from beneath.
03:12It crushed little cars and chomped its big teeth.
03:18Animals traveled from far and near.
03:21They all stood in line from here to here.
03:26The film, although scary, was a massive big hit.
03:30And when Lou chomped her teeth, it was their favorite bit.
03:35Lou's name was in lights.
03:38Snake had made her a star.
03:40She bought a large house and a big shiny car.
03:48Autographs were signed.
03:49Fan letters were read.
03:51And every day Lou took her breakfast in bed.
03:57She's making a new film, part two of part one.
04:01It's called Son of It.
04:04It's really quite fun.
04:06And when she comes home, she bathes in warm milk.
04:11Then flops into bed onto pillows of silk.
04:16So, Crocodile Lou, all scaly and green,
04:20is now a big star of the silvery screen.
04:26Now when she smiles, all the animals cheer.
04:31She's loved by them all.
04:34She's the It of the year.
