00:00I love you
00:40In an old country barn lived Tommy the Bat.
00:44He lived with his friend, young Rita the Rat.
00:49Rita and Tommy liked playing at night,
00:52for a rat and a bat tend to sleep when it's light.
00:56Rita hunted for food on the barn's dusty floor,
01:00while Tom flew in circles above the barn door.
01:03You're making me dizzy, young Rita said.
01:06The dawn has arrived. It's time for our bed.
01:11Rita lay down on a bundle of straw,
01:14and before very long she started to snore.
01:19Tommy curled up in a tight little heap,
01:22but something was wrong.
01:25He just couldn't sleep.
01:30He tried lying down on his favorite ledge.
01:34He closed both his eyes, but he slipped off the edge.
01:39He couldn't get comfy.
01:44Tom said,
01:46I can't sleep.
01:49So Rita replied,
01:51Try counting some sheep.
01:55He counted aloud to a thousand and four,
01:58till Rita cried out,
02:00Please don't count anymore.
02:04Perhaps you're not tired,
02:05a little mouse said.
02:07Do lots of flying,
02:09and then go to bed.
02:12With a whiz and a vroom,
02:15Tommy flew round and round,
02:18till the dizzy young bat collapsed on the ground.
02:23Well done, said the rat.
02:25At last there's a cure.
02:27Then Tommy sat up and said,
02:30Are you sure?
02:33But he still couldn't sleep,
02:35though he tried and he tried.
02:38Then a wise old barn owl flew down to his side.
02:43I know what to do.
02:45My plan never fails.
02:48I have a big book of fun nighttime tales.
02:53The owl was quite right.
02:56Sleep came as she read.
02:58But not to poor Tommy.
03:01The owl slept instead.
03:05Next they called in Tom's doctor,
03:08a clever young spider,
03:10who peered in Tom's mouth and said,
03:13Please open wider.
03:17The doctor was puzzled.
03:19She had a long think.
03:22Then she took from her bag a hot nettle drink.
03:26But the cure, like the spider,
03:28was terribly small.
03:29And a drink of that size was no cure at all.
03:33Rita sent for Tom's mother.
03:35She'll know what to do.
03:38And his mom soon arrived.
03:40With a suitcase or two.
03:45What's the matter?
03:46She asked.
03:48Tom started to weep.
03:50I've tried lots of ways,
03:51but I can't get to sleep.
03:54Well, didn't you know?
03:56Mom said with a frown.
03:58That bats only sleep when they hang upside down.
04:04Upside down! Upside down!
04:06shouted Tommy with glee.
04:09As he flew round and round.
04:11How silly of me!
04:14Then he hung upside down by the tips of his toes.
04:18And very soon after,
04:20he started to doze.
04:23The owl hugged the mouse.
04:26Tom's mom hugged the rat.
04:28And they left Tommy sleeping.
04:30At last.
04:32That was that.
04:34tele general movie movie.
04:34The owl hugged the rat the 윤.
04:44It was hard to do.
04:45To arrange that for sure.
04:45To trace each other's own
04:45The owl hugged the rat,
04:48To try.
04:49To call.
04:51To be sure.
04:52To death.
04:54To be sure.
05:00Tory help the grass.
