00:00In this video, I will show you how to change the download location in Chrome.
00:05To get started, what you want to do is open up a new Google Chrome browser.
00:09And once you've done that, you want to come up to the top right hand corner,
00:12click onto the three dots to open this menu.
00:15And from here, you want to come down and click onto settings.
00:18Now, once you're in your settings, what you want to do is come over to the menu
00:21on the left hand side and click onto downloads.
00:25And this way you can find your current download location.
00:27So you can see mine's at the top here.
00:29And from here, if you want to change your Google Chrome download location,
00:32all you need to do is simply click the change button here.
00:35What that's going to do is open up your computer's file explorer,
00:38where you can choose a new download location.
00:41For example, if I wanted Chrome downloads to be downloaded and saved to my actual desktop,
00:46I can click desktop and then click select folder.
00:49And as you can see, the location has now changed
00:51so that any download will now be downloaded and saved to my desktop.
00:55So that's how to change your Google Chrome download location.
