00:06While experts remember the 9-11 or are analysing this case, I remind you about the IC-814.
00:15When the centuries were turning, India for days was watching carefully about the life of its own passengers.
00:22Here's what happened. Remember Masood Azhar, the terrorist who had to be released when he and others had hijacked the
00:31IC-814.
00:41Alright, we'll go across to that in just a short while. But here's what happened.
00:46So remember Masood Azhar, Omar Sheikh. And we'll remove that from the screens.
00:50Omar Sheikh, Masood Azhar and three of them who, when we had released those terrorists, led to even bigger problems.
01:00What happened, remember, when Masood Azhar was released?
01:02He was released and then sponsored, of course, the biggest terror attacks.
01:07What happened when other terrorists like Omar Sheikh, who was later, though, of course, found convicted,
01:14he wired $100,000 to Al-Qaeda terrorists for 9-11 attacks, beheaded U.S. journalist Daniel Pearl, even though
01:21managed to be acquitted later,
01:22and then Mushtaq Ahmed Zargar behind multiple attacks in India.
01:26India knows fairly well what terrorism can do.
01:30We remember IC-814. We remember how these hijackers use it on the gunpoint for innocent passengers,
01:37but to have their own terrorists released.
01:46I'm heading into a very short break. Stay tuned.
01:49And while we thank the courage of these passengers, the pilot, and everybody else who was on board to ensure
01:55they were saved,
01:56their fellow passengers were saved, and a lesson for humanity to be united in cases like this.
02:02But a bigger question is, how did a man with those terrorist intentions manage to become a pilot, fly on
02:09a sensitive route?
02:10That will be a bigger question that the society together will have to battle against.
