00:00Roman's right. I think we need to get some fresh air.
00:02F*** you. People did not speak this vaguely.
00:04You just wanted the audience to wonder what he meant.
00:06We've got a hit. 70s Charger.
00:08The f***? How did this thing not work properly the night of the street race earlier?
00:11You turn around and put your hands behind your back.
00:13I don't think so.
00:14Seems like he could have waited this out and got Dom and Brian later when there weren't so many people
00:17around.
00:17But that's just me.
00:18This is Brazil.
00:20Something that Hobbs' local agent, Elena, should have been able to tell him.
00:22But seeing how Hobbs talks to her, she probably thinks she's a 1950s housewife at this point.
00:25Guys, I don't know if you realize it, but this is the moment when the stars of the Pacifier and
00:29Tooth Fairy finally squared off.
00:30The only reason this necklace bulls*** is in the movie is so that Dom could have another I Miss Letty
00:34scene with a woman who misses her husband.
00:35Hey, they really shot for the moon on their helicopter shot budget for this movie, didn't they?
00:38The only way we're gonna beat the cameras is with invisible cars.
00:42And I know just where to get them.
00:43If it's so easy to steal cop cars, why didn't they do this in the first place?
00:46Meanwhile, security at a souped-up cop car mecca is extremely lax.
00:49They probably fed the dogs steaks, slipped the guards sleeping pills in their coffee, and found a way for security
00:53cameras to not exist.
00:54Next two lights.
00:55These f***ing idiots are actually going to drag race stolen police cars in Rio right now.
00:59Also, isn't this a pretty f***ing stupid race?
01:01Aren't all four of these cars identical?
01:03Shouldn't this end in a four-way tie?
01:04Welcome to a world with zero rules, ladies and gentlemen.
01:06My brain has officially ended itself watching this scene.
01:09I mean, does Rio have a strict nobody out past 9 p.m. curfew or some s***?
01:12Here's Mia, wanted by Brazilian and U.S. forces, openly shopping in a public market.
01:15Because, screw you, we'll do what we want.
01:17Vince, what are you doing?
01:18Quiet, they've been tracking you.
01:19Oh, I see. Mia is being followed by the drug lord soldiers, not the cops.
01:23And by Vince, conveniently.
01:24Well, he says guys were waiting for me at the market.
01:26And that's all they were doing.
01:27Just sitting there waiting.
01:29Until Vince showed up to save me.
01:30I don't know why they haven't started tracking you dickheads yet, but enough of that.
01:33Hey, Vince.
01:33Tom agrees to let Vince take part in the heist, which is fine.
01:36A nice family moment.
01:37But doesn't that mean the entire plan has to be reworked to include him?
01:40Or at least he needs to spend all night studying to learn his role?
01:42Family is one thing, but this is sort of careless if you ask me.
01:45We're less than 24 hours from the biggest celebration of our life.
01:48Movie that is over two hours long has time for a long, premature celebration scene.
01:52Hey, wait, wait.
01:52Hold on a second.
01:53So, did he just smack the ass or did he grab it?
01:57Haha, that's an inside joke that we don't know the context for, but hilarious nonetheless.
02:01Took me a while to find that tracking chip.
02:02Which had little or no bearing on the story.
02:04Also, this doesn't explain how they all of a sudden know where the hideout is, despite
02:07the fact that they should have found it way earlier in this movie.
02:09Super important cop mission goes out the window for mono-e-mono fisticuffs.
02:12How the f*** did they know the DSS people were going to drive through here?
02:14Also, does this movie know that it just stole a page from Clear and Present Danger, a movie
02:18where the villain was played by the exact same actor who plays the villain in this movie?
02:20Look how many poor people in this poor part of Rio have f***ing satellite television.
02:23And how much does it cost there for American-only Dish Network?
02:26This ambush rescue seems to have a high likelihood of killing the people being rescued.
02:29Movie's long string of unconsequences continues.
02:31But, I'm sorry, I fell asleep there for a minute.
02:34What's going on?
02:35Did we win?
02:35Somehow, all this guy's men died in the shootout, but he lived, which is probably only because
02:38he already had lines in the movie or something.
02:40Vince got shot, and the movie actually expects me to feel bad about it.
02:42Hideout eulogy.
02:43Meanwhile, all the other good guy thieves are halfway through the police station heist,
02:46right?
02:46I mean, how much f***ing time has passed since they tore out of here?
02:49It's a suicide mission.
02:50That's your man over there on the table.
02:52Yeah, but the original plan didn't even include him, right?
02:55I'm in.
02:55You saved my life, so the law no longer matters.
02:57And in fact, I'm going to break that f***ing law with you.
02:59You can't just go sneaking around anymore.
03:01You weren't even sneaking around at all.
03:02You were brazenly shopping in street markets and participating in street raises.
03:05Hell, it's a good thing that all of these police officers are bad guys,
03:08and none of them are actually just innocent men protecting the police station,
03:10because this might seem rash.
03:11All that nonsense about hairpin turns and fast cars avoiding video cameras,
03:14and the movie is going to ultimately have them steal the entire safe through tow cable brute force.
03:18Because if you're still watching, you certainly don't care.
03:20Why wasn't the original plan to get an armored vehicle and do this?
03:23A couple of fast muscle cars can just-
