Meg the Lion’s First Kill Captured on GoPro | Wildlife Documentary

Meg the lion’s first kill is captured on camera in a rare close-up look at life from a lion’s perspective. Kevin Richardson follows the sisters Meg and Amy as Meg, the more boisterous and fearless of the two, has just made a kill of a waterbuck and then moves off to get a drink, with a GoPro mounted on her back catching the action.

The footage explores what lions are like as apex predators, from their speed and strength to the way their tawny coats blend into the surrounding habitat. Kevin reflects on the reality of the hunt as Meg stalks, chases, and brings down her prey, making this a powerful wildlife documentary moment and a striking example of animal behavior captured in the wild.

For viewers searching for lion documentary footage, big cat wildlife videos, predator hunting behavior, and African safari animal content, this rare recording offers a vivid look at lions in action. It also suits anyone interested in Kevin Richardson, lion conservation, and nature footage that reveals how apex predators hunt and survive in the wild.
