00:00The heat announced today, by the way, for all you gamers out there.
00:04Now, Brittany, is this a game, Grand Theft Auto?
00:08Is this them stealing F1 cars?
00:10Like, it's all, like, is this like a racing game?
00:12How is this?
00:13Have you ever heard of this game?
00:14Grand Theft Auto, I know you're a gearhead.
00:17It has nothing to do with F1 or car racing.
00:20You sure?
00:22I'm positive, yes.
00:23Would you like an F1 game?
00:25There is an F1 game.
00:27There is?
00:29Why are you so surprised?
00:31I just didn't know.
00:32I was just curious.
00:33I didn't know.
00:34It's like, there's a more.
00:35Of course there would be one.
00:37I'm confused.
00:39They actually have sim racing and everything.
00:41You could have a whole sim setup.
00:42Oh, all right.
00:43So, you know, it's kind of like Mario Kart.
00:47You know.
00:49That's an interesting take.
00:52Interesting take, no.
00:53Have they ever thought about putting the.
00:54It's nothing like Mario Kart, no.
00:55Have they ever thought of putting the blue shell in F1?
01:00You know, no.
01:02They should.
01:02I think that the terrible drivers on the grid are enough and Mother Nature's contribution is enough of an obstacle
01:10for them.
01:11Well, in the meanwhile, they have announced, the Miami Heat announced today, there was a press release sent out that
01:20they are doing Vice City Night.
01:23And this is because I think we all saw that the people, Rockstar Gaming I think it's called, they paid
01:30the Heat nearly a million dollars.
01:32I don't know if this is all encompassing, but we know at the time it was to put, welcome to
01:37Vice City, Vice City on the Kaseya Center.
01:41Well, now the Heat announced today that they're going to do a, a Vice City Night, which is going to
01:49be basically, it's, here's what it says.
01:52This is the press release.
01:53Miami Heat and Rockstar Games announced a historic partnership centered around the highly anticipated release of Grand Theft Auto.
02:00Join the Heat on November 18th to create a night in Vice City where Miami takes the court as Vice
02:05City as they host the Milwaukee Bucks for an unprecedented event.
02:09event an eve, uh, on the eve of the November 19th release of Grand Theft Auto 6.
02:17So, apparently, the other thing is, the televised event on ESPN and local 10th South Florida, a night in Vice
02:24City, will transform the Kaseya Center into Vice City, showcasing the Miami-inspired setting of Grand Theft Auto 6.
02:32And it's a one-of-a-kind crossover experience that he will play on a special court and introduce a
02:39uniform never previously worn and roll out a unique game programming live elements.
02:46So, there you go.
02:47And that is the game against the Bucks.
02:50Um, so I think that's also everybody's return, but they are going to be wearing new gear.
02:55New gear.
02:56And I don't think that's the blue Vice jersey.
02:58It sounds like they're going to be probably wearing a jersey that says, welcome to Vice City.
03:02Very intriguing.
03:03That sounds very interesting.
03:04It does sound very interesting.
03:05I like it.
03:06I just saw these on Heat vs. Haters, the Twitter account.
03:10They have released, uh, some merch already.
03:13Um, where the hell did this go?
03:17Hmm.
03:18I'll get this for you guys.
03:19So, you guys can-
03:20When I was on the balcony of my cruise, I was trying to see if I was able to see
03:24the Vice City.
03:26Or, where was I?
03:28I think it was there.
03:29I was able to only see, like, the side of it.
03:32I really wanted to see more.
03:34Dave South says, the basketball team's name in the game is the Narcos.
03:38I can't imagine the Heat are going to go by the Narcos.
03:40I can't imagine that they're going to put that on the jersey.
03:43This is the, uh, Vice City collection, uh, of some of the gear they're giving out, or, or, or, or
03:49some of the gear that's available for purchase at the Heat store right now.
03:55So, they got that, and then they got a, uh, let me see.
03:58I got the other one here.
04:01Um, for our radio audience, they got, like, a Vice City t-shirt, Vice City pool service.
04:11So, I kind of like that, uh, second Vice City one on the top.
04:15Yeah, the, the Vice City pool service one?
04:17Pool service one, yeah.
04:18That's kind of cool.
04:19It is kind of cool.
04:20That's kind of cool.
04:21And the hat all the way on the right is kind of cool, too.
04:23If anybody in the Heat's listening, you can send that, uh, pool service shirt to, uh, the station.
04:28We can take, uh, you know, a nice collection of them for the show.
04:32Or the other bottom one, you know, that's fine, too.
04:34Whatever tickles your guys' fancy.
04:36You know, it's all for promotion, for a big night, for a big night ahead.
04:39All for promo, come on.
04:40Just for promo, everybody.
04:41I need somebody to air while I'm producing the games, right?
04:44Yeah, exactly, dude.
04:46Exactly.
04:47All right, so that is, uh, that's that.
04:49As far as the Heat's concerned, tomorrow, uh, against Toronto, uh, we're gonna probably,
04:55I'd imagine, get our, you know, I'm gonna be curious to see if we get our first look at the
04:58real starting lineup
04:59or if Spoh's gonna be tinkering around with stuff.
05:02That's gonna be interesting.
05:03Seven o'clock is your tip-off tomorrow.
05:06And, you know, yesterday, the big news was that Drew Smith went down with a calf injury.
05:13Now, Spoh didn't seem worried about it.
05:15He seemed like it was a pretty minor thing.
05:17But it does definitely, you know, go out there and give a opportunity to young Ryan Conwell
05:26or maybe Trey Donaldson to step up and get a little bit more minutes.
05:30I am also curious, like, is this gonna be one of those things during the preseason?
05:34You know, does he just tinker with putting Pella in the starting line?
05:37A lot of people have wondered, is Pella gonna start or is Pella going to come off the bench?
05:41You know, maybe he sits Clay Thompson for a game.
05:44Now, they do have a lot of days off before their next game, too.
05:47Uh, they don't play, I think, again until Thursday.
05:48They do have the red, white, and pink game on Tuesday.
05:52But, um, that is the, uh, that is something to check out.
05:55Handsome Daffy says, Drew Smith should not be in the same statement as big news.
05:58I said it was the big news of the day, Handsome Daffy.
06:00It was a relative of the day.
06:05So, I just, uh, you know, we'll see what ends up happening there.
06:09But, obviously, it's concerning with him.
06:10We're already talking about Barkov.
06:12He's had a lot of leg injuries, and they always get a little bit squeamish
06:15when it comes to the calf stuff.
06:17But, I, I, that's the one thing I'm gonna be interested in.
06:20Is this Spoh, now that it's not the regular season,
06:22does he tinker a little bit with putting Pella in the starting lineup
06:25with Davion Mitchell, Wiggins, Giannis, and Bam?
06:29Or, like we all think, is Pella gonna come off the bench
06:33and he goes with one of the shooters?
06:34So, that, that's gonna be something I'm gonna be interested in watching.
06:37And then, obviously, the young guys seeing who, uh, who flourishes tomorrow.
06:40But, you'll be able to, uh, hear that game on QAM.
06:43As far as me, I'm probably gonna have to find a link to, uh, watch the whole thing.
06:48But, uh, it's okay.
06:49You know, it's gonna be a busy night tomorrow night with the Canes.
06:51Speaking of the Canes, we'll get into that game coming on up
06:53as the Canes take on that rat bastard, Dabo Swinney and the Clemson Tigers.
06:59We'll get into that coming on up next.
07:30.
08:00.
