00:00Let's just dive right back into that Mississippi State-Alabama game.
00:04Sitting there looking at Alabama,
00:06I think they're better than what I thought they were to start the season, Tim.
00:11And, you know, when you've got your quarterback playing as well as he is,
00:14a young guy making those strides, he's been dynamic.
00:17They're going on the road, though.
00:19They're going to have the Cowbells out in Stark, Vegas.
00:22You know, they're a home dog getting three points with the Bulldogs.
00:28I mean, this would be a huge win for Lebby and the crew.
00:31How do you see this thing playing out?
00:33Plus, pretty high point total of 60 and a half.
00:37Yeah, we'll start there with the total.
00:39Right now, 60, 60 and a half, as you mentioned.
00:42I think, you know, for me, I was like, I don't like laying points on the road.
00:49And we know how hostile of an environment this will be down there in Stark, Vegas.
00:53You've got two elite quarterbacks, as we discussed in the opening segment.
00:57So, for me, I landed on Alabama team total.
01:02So, Alabama's team total is 33 and a half.
01:05And I just envision the game to – look, if you want to play full game over,
01:12I totally understand that.
01:13I was thinking to myself, what offense could I see struggle?
01:16And I think that might be Mississippi State here.
01:19I don't know if there's a ton of resistance from the Mississippi State defense.
01:24And what's interesting, guys, when you look at the pace, Mississippi State,
01:28one of the most up-tempo teams in college football.
01:30Alabama, not necessarily that.
01:32So, I think Mississippi State wants to make them get into a track.
01:36He wants to get them out and going.
01:38So, I do not have a play on the side in this game.
01:42You know, it's kind of against my religion to be laying points on the road,
01:46especially in a hostile environment.
01:47What religion is that, Tim, for laying points on the road?
01:53Never.
01:55Can't be doing that.
01:57But I will – I'll take Alabama team total over here.
02:00I think we'll get some points.
02:02Nice.
02:03Well, they're making me feel bad about myself.
02:05I want to take the over.
02:06But do you see the way?
02:08You can take the over.
02:09I just took team total over.
02:10You can believe in Camario too?
02:12I trust you, Tim.
02:13And whenever you say that, it makes me feel bad about my bets.
02:16But how do you feel like weather is going to play a factor?
02:19Because I've been hearing that apparently it's going to be pretty nasty over there in Starkville.
02:23Yeah.
02:23That's always something.
02:24Look, we saw it last week.
02:26It was funny because I got – it's always good to have the trolls on social media telling you how
02:31it is.
02:32And I was like, look, Boston College, Virginia Tech is going to be disgusting.
02:35It's going to be a nor'easter up there.
02:37So, you saw the market.
02:39The market will react to weather, but sometimes it doesn't react too much – enough.
02:44And also, there's also an overreaction steal.
02:47So, you do have to keep your eye on, you know, just how bad it is.
02:51And, you know, if – I mean, look, there's a reason why the iconic saying of you are looking live
02:56started back in the CBS pregame show days
03:00because that was what Brent Musburger would do and give the tell of what the weather was when they would
03:05do those live look-ins.
03:06I mean, that's where it all started.
03:08You are looking live with the weather at particular spots there.
03:12So, yeah, certainly something you always have to keep an eye on there.
03:16I try not to overreact too much.
03:18But, once again, case in point, last Saturday, Boston College and Virginia Tech, all the reports were it's going to
03:24be windy, it's going to be rainy.
03:26Keep an eye on that.
03:27One thing I will note, more impactful for the total is not rain, it's actually wind.
03:33So, keep an eye on the wind.
03:35That's always something that I will keep, you know, something close on there.
03:39If it's super windy, that affects the total much more than just rain.
03:43I had heard that, Tim, where the wind, like heavy wind, is almost equivalent to a quarterback being out as
03:49far as maybe how three to five points,
03:52how a line can maybe move, especially on like point total for the game.
