00:17Look, I preseason took a little flyer on him at 26-1, and then he didn't play great against Kentucky,

00:26His numbers were a little off.

00:28And this is kind of the unique aspect of the Heisman market, guys.
00:32And I'll give you an example about last year here in just a second.
00:36But this is a rollercoaster ride.
00:38And you look at Keelan Russell, big game this weekend against a defense that I think they should be able
00:44to have some success against.
00:46You got a high total, right, 60-1⁄2 or so down there in Starkville.
00:49And then next week is the week, right?
00:52If he balls out against Georgia at home, he probably becomes the betting favorite.
00:57Now, when the Heisman in October, if he won the Heisman in September, we would be talking about Camario winning
01:04it here in the first month of the season.
01:06But I really am buying in on Keelan Russell.
01:09And it's not just because I have a 26-1 ticket on him.
01:12There's something special there.
01:14And they've got the guys.
01:16And I think this is an Alabama team that we're going to see playing big-time football games into November
01:22and maybe even early December.
01:25And that's the big thing when it comes to the Heisman Trophy.
01:28Let's go back to last year, guys.
01:29Ohio State, Indiana, in that championship game, that Big Ten championship game, you know, you had sportsbooks that had live
01:37odds up on the Heisman Trophy.
01:39And when Fernando got banged up early in that game, I think he went out for like one or two
01:43plays.
01:44He became, you know, plus money to win the Heisman Trophy.
01:47And it's kind of crazy to think about it now, considering he was such a runaway winner to win the
01:51Heisman Trophy.
01:52But that is something to keep an eye on when it comes to this Heisman Trophy market.
01:55It fluctuates so much.
01:58And, you know, a guy like Keelan Russell, like I mentioned, he went down to around 50-1 even after
02:03a win against Kentucky because he threw a couple of picks.
02:06So, you know, keep an eye on the market.
02:08But I do really buy in on Russell being a legit contender for this.
02:14And lastly, and I'm not just saying this because I'm a Notre Dame fan, but the reality is CJ Carr
02:19is just kind of humming along.
02:20He's not doing anything spectacular.
02:22He goes out and he beats Miami on November 7th.
02:25You know, where do his odds go, right?
02:26So you just got to keep an eye on some of these guys and when to maybe jump in on
02:31the market.
